As the Manager, Salesforce Platform, you will oversee a team of Administrators and Developers, acting as the operational lead for our seasoned team. This role is for an action-oriented, data-driven leader who can build the processes and infrastructure needed to support a group of technical experts. You will work independently to identify gaps in tooling, workflows, and standards, implementing the structures necessary to keep our Salesforce ecosystem secure, performant, and scalable.

As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst supporting the GTM/Sales ecosystem, you will bridge the gap between business process and technical delivery. You will focus on soliciting, analyzing, and refining business requirements for system functionality that powers the entire GTM customer journey and post-sales retention. Partnering closely with GTM Systems supporting Sales, Field & Marketing Operations, and Post-Sales,you will support and optimize the workflows that drive revenue and customer health.

You are a systems expert who operates with a product mindset; while you help explore what's possible for GTM leadership, your primary focus is partnering with the GTM Systems team to drive execution of their roadmap, ensuring that every technical solution is documented, aligned with business needs, and delivered with high quality through a structured Agile processes. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role.

• Domain Ownership: Solicit and refine business requirements from GTM and Post-Sales leads, converting high-level "asks" into robust, product-style user stories and technical specs.
• Execution Partnership: Act as the primary execution partner to the GTM Systems team. You will ensure their roadmap is populated with well-vetted, prioritized initiatives and help drive those projects through the Kanban lifecycle.
• Systems Discovery: Proactively identify "friction points" in the lead-to-cash journey. You don't just wait for a request; you look for system gaps that hinder our ability to scale and propose solutions that align with the broader vision.
• End-to-End Solution Design: Lead the discovery process for new features, partner with technical experts to identify solutions for Salesforce, integrated applications, and our core product to ensure a frictionless customer experience.
• Lifecycle & Quality Ownership: Own the delivery cycle from initial concept through UAT and rollout. You are the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring that what is built actually solves the business problem and delivers the intended value.
• System Orchestration: While Salesforce is a primary application focus for this role, you will ensure data integrity and process efficiency across all touchpoints, particularly where GTM systems intersect.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain high-quality project artifacts and documentation, ensuring that our internal systems evolution is transparent and well-communicated to the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• 1 - 3 years of specialization in Salesforce-based GTM customer lifecycle management, with significant experience GTM processes and friction points.
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping within the business systems ecosystem, primarily supporting Salesforce and other GTM applications. 
• Experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex system initiatives in an Agile environment. You are comfortable prioritizing backlogs based on business value/impact, managing timelines, and coordinating technical resources.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira is essential.
• A high degree of technical analysis is critical
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of effectively engaging and managing expectations across a diverse range of stakeholders, particularly within Field/Channel Sales, Pre/Post Sales, and Marketing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design, develop, and deploy user-facing enhancements and custom applications using LWC and advanced Flows to maximize productivity.
• Operate within a high-throughput Kanban environment, managing WIP and prioritizing tasks to ensure a continuous flow of development.
• Implement optimized solutions - through both efficient Apex code and configuration - to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Build and maintain essential back-end logic using Apex Triggers, Classes, and Asynchronous Apex, ensuring business rules execute reliably.

• Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for all end users, both remotely and in person.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including those related to macOS, Windows, and Linux, as well as audiovisual systems, office networks, peripherals, and software.
• Participate in asset management activities related to both hardware and software.
• Effectively collaborate with close stakeholders, such as HR, and perform routine employee lifecycle-related tasks including conducting onboarding sessions for new employees.
• Draft and update detailed internal and end user-facing documentation related to supported technologies and processes.
• Set the highest standard for quality in all service desk activities, including communication with end users, technology administration, documentation, and contribution to team metrics such as those related to SLAs.
• Stay current on technologies used by the company and all internal changes.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 4+ years of experience supporting end users both in-person and remotely.
