Job Title: Customer Success Agent (Administrative and Billing Focus)
Purpose of the Role
The Customer Success Agent is responsible for processing customer requests and managing administrative processes related to SIM cards, contracts, customer data, and billing.
The role focuses on maintaining and improving daily operational processes while ensuring smooth and customer-oriented service delivery. You work closely with Sales, Support, Finance, and Operations.
You ensure that orders are processed correctly, customer data remains up to date, billing is checked accurately, and customers are assisted professionally and in a timely manner, even in an environment where processes are still evolving.
Position Within the Organization
The Customer Success Agent reports to the Head of Operations and works closely on a daily basis with the Customer Success team, Sales, Support, Finance, and Network Operations.
The Customer Success Agent works under the guidance of the Lead Customer Success Agent, who is responsible for coaching, team coordination, and further structuring processes.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for new customer acquisition in the German IoT/M2M market. You will identify and win new customers – focusing on medium to large opportunities – and build a sustainable sales pipeline.

The Role — Interstellar Squad
The Interstellar Squad owns a core part of our commercial platform: the billing run — a mission-critical, high-volume pipeline that turns large-scale usage data into timely, accurate invoices for customers worldwide. It's a technically rich domain: distributed data processing, event-driven workflows, financial correctness, and operational reliability at scale.
We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to set the technical direction for Interstellar, raise the engineering bar across the squad, and guide delivery of a platform that has to stay correct, predictable and scalable as the business grows.
A central part of this role is leading the gradual modernisation of a mature platform into a set of focused, TypeScript-based domain services — using a strangler-fig approach to extract capabilities incrementally, keeping the existing system safe and our customers unaffected while we evolve the architecture.
You'll report to an Engineering Manager and partner closely with the Product Manager, Delivery Manager and engineers in the squad, as well as peer Leads across the domain. You'll have the mandate to shape how we design, build and run our systems — and the responsibility to keep the team aligned behind that direction.
This role is based in Poland to work alongside the rest of the squad.

The role
The company is seeking an experienced Lead Systems Engineer with extensive security and disaster recovery experience to provide technical leadership ensuring that Operating Companies (OpCos) implement and maintain effective security controls, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity measures in line with Group policies.
In addition to hands-on engineering responsibilities, this role includes team leadership and capability development, ensuring that local and central engineering teams are effectively guided, supported and aligned with Group strategy.
This hands-on role will leverage strong systems engineering expertise to support local IT teams in defining, implementing, and rigorously testing Disaster Recovery plans, as well as enhancing defences against ransomware and other cyber threats.
Key relationships
Systems Engineers will work closely with the Group Infrastructure team, as well as local IT and operations teams in each operating company.
They will collaborate with the CISO and wider security operations function to align infrastructure controls with group security strategy, provide technical guidance to application owners and platform specialists.

Com4 is a leading global service provider in the Internet of Things (IoT), also known as “Machine to Machine” (M2M). We offer mobile data subscriptions tailored to our customers' applications in their connected devices and equipment. Com4 is a significant player in the Norwegian telecom market, with a 50% market share in the IoT segment. As an IP Network Engineer, you will develop and operate a modern network based on IP/BGP/MPLS/OSPF protocols. You will join our team of highly skilled engineers responsible for both IP and IT operations, where you will be one of three dedicated specialists focusing specifically on the IP domain. We are seeking someone with the competence and commitment to ensure a scalable and flexible IP network with high uptime. The role also involves providing technical customer support and guidance for IPsec implementations, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity for our clients, and implementing automation practices around these technologies.
We will consider both senior candidates with extensive experience and juniors with shorter experience, and can adapt tasks and responsibilities in line with the candidate's profile.
We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented and fearless when facing complicated tasks. We value good cooperation and communication skills, while it is also crucial to work independently and proactively within your own field of expertise.

Digital Product Manager – FLOW Platform
Role Summary
Blue Wireless is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of FLOW, our next-generation digital platform designed to transform how customers and internal teams interact with connectivity services.
FLOW is a strategic initiative under Project Elevate ‘26, aimed at building a unified digital platform that connects currently fragmented systems and delivers a seamless end-to-end experience across the connectivity lifecycle. The platform will enable customers to onboard, quote, order, track delivery, and manage services through an intuitive self-service interface supported by automation, APIs, and AI capabilities.
The Digital Product Manager will own the digital product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the FLOW platform, including customer-facing capabilities and vendor-based digital services such as quoting platforms (e.g., ConnectBase or equivalent). This role will work closely with the Transformation Office, Application Development team, Business Analysts, and key business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.
This position is critical in building Blue Wireless’ digital backbone, enabling automation, operational efficiency, and superior customer experience as the business scales globally.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and professional salesperson who is truly excited by the future of technology. As a Principal Business Development Manager you will work within the Sales function to build strong relationships with new prospects within the IoT Sector. You will be working to discover and onboard new accounts that will deliver long-term, high revenue business to Wireless Logic and ultimately achieve a set of realistic quarterly targets. Once the new client has been onboarded and delivered the expected revenue, you will need to co-ordinate a clear and meaningful handover to our Account Development team. As a Senior member of the team, you will be expected to operate with a reasonable level of autonomy. This position will allow you to continue growing your skills in the world of sales with regular training, whilst being encouraged to develop a career path with our Learning & Development team.
In line with Wireless Logic’s fast-paced growth, we require a confident and high performing individual who is willing to learn about the industry and fully commit themselves to the world of IoT. We understand that this may be daunting, however with a structured induction plan and a wealth of knowledge surrounding you, we can assure you that you will be in safe hands.
