Role Description While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in July 2026.
Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Qualifications Have a valid Driver’s License (required) Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required) Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required) Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required) 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process

In this role, you will be the face of the brand in the field, connecting with homeowners at their home to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. $20/hour + Uncapped Commission Bonuses

What You’ll Do:
Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations for the sales team by approaching homeowners at their door.
Represent the brand to share information about our window and door solutions.
Navigate assigned neighborhoods effectively, which involves substantial walking in various outdoor conditions.
