Reporting to the Senior VP of Impact Window Sales, the Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue and ensuring profitable growth within their assigned region. The Regional Sales Director will manage, direct, and drive a team of Sales Managers in the assigned territory in support of the company’s strategic growth objectives.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales plans, team goals, and performance strategies
Partner with executive leadership to optimize sales processes and drive revenue growth
Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management of sales leaders
Analyze lost sales opportunities, market trends, and competitive activity within the region
Build strategic partnerships to support training, development, and regional growth
Oversee territory pricing, profitability, customer satisfaction, and adherence to sales management best practices
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma and equivalent years of sales management experience
10+ years' experience as a sales leader in an industry that sells directly to the individual consumer (No B2B)
3+ years’ experience managing sales leaders in a multi-unit environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven record of success managing and selling in a one-call close environment
Exceptional customer relationship skills
