About the role
This role reports to the Head of Growth and is in person at our Brooklyn office.
As an SDR at Whop, you are the top of the funnel - and the top of the spear. Your job is to find, contact, and qualify the creators, sellers, and digital entrepreneurs who belong on Whop, then hand them off to our Account Executives ready to close. You own the earliest and most critical stage of our revenue pipeline. Your hustle is what fills the funnel.
Scope of work
- Prospect and identify high-potential creators, online businesses, and digital sellers who can scale on Whop
- Run high-volume outbound outreach via cold email, DMs (X, IG, etc.), LinkedIn, and phone to book qualified discovery calls
- Qualify both inbound and outbound leads so Account Executives spend time on the right conversations
- Become a Whop platform expert — you can speak confidently to any seller’s use case
- Maintain tight pipeline hygiene in Hubspot— every touchpoint logged, every follow-up tracked
- Experiment constantly with new outreach channels, hooks, and sequences — share what works
What makes you a good fit
- You have personal experience making money online — you’ve sold something, grown something, or built something
- You are obsessed with the creator economy, digital products, and how internet businesses work
- You treat rejection as fuel and have a hunter’s mentality — you don’t wait for leads to come to you
- You are highly organized and can manage 100+ active prospects without dropping the ball
- You are coachable — you apply feedback fast and improve every week

- Prior SDR, BDR, or sales experience is a plus — but drive matters more than a resume
Your first 90 days
- Within 30 days: You know the Whop platform inside and out. You’ve completed your first outreach sequences and booked your first 30 qualified calls for the AE team.
- Within 60 days: You’re consistently hitting your weekly meeting-set quota. Your show rate is above 80% and you’ve identified your top-performing outreach channels.
- Within 90 days: You’re fully ramped. Your pipeline is healthy, your AEs are closing deals you sourced, and you’re already working toward your path to Account Executive.

You aren't customer support; you are the dedicated partner for 150 of the Whop's top digital creators. Each business in your book does $50k+/month in revenue. Your job is to make sure they never leave and that they grow 20% every quarter. You will be their main point of contact, their advocate to our engineering team, and their guide to the entire Whop ecosystem (Financing, Payments, Virtual Cards, etc.).
This role reports to the Head of Account Management and is in office at our Brooklyn office (300 Kent).
Role Scope:

Accounts: Manage a book of 125-150 top creators.

Retention: 100% Logo Retention. You have a relationship with your creators and they stay on Whop.

Growth: Drive 120% Net Revenue Retention (NRR) QoQ. Remove blockers, help them scale their business and adopt new Whop products (Credit cards, financing, processing, hosting, interest-bearing accounts).

Communication: Own the Slack Connect channels for your creator book. Be the first to answer, the first to solve, and the first to congratulate them on a big launch.

Relationship: Handle kickoff calls, regular strategy check-ins, and contextual gifting for milestones.

Product: Feed "boots on the ground" insights to our engineers to ensure we’re building exactly what the biggest creators need.

Whop is building institution-grade financial infrastructure for the next generation of digital entrepreneurship. We're hiring sales reps to onboard the fastest-growing businesses onto Whop Payments Network. You'll sell our payments rails and get businesses to use Whop for both pay-ins and payouts. About the role
This role reports to the Head of Growth and is in person at our Brooklyn office.
As a CSM at Whop, you make sure sellers are actually set up to win. When a new seller comes onto the platform, you are the person getting them live. When something breaks or gets confusing, you are the person fixing it. Your job is to drive deep platform adoption and remove every obstacle standing between a seller and their first — or next — dollar on Whop. You are not afraid of the messy, operational work that makes customers successful.
Scope of work
- Own the onboarding experience for new sellers — get them set up, live, and earning on Whop as fast as possible
- Drive platform adoption across your book of sellers — make sure they are using the features that will make them successful
- Be the first line of defense for seller issues — troubleshoot problems, escalate when needed, and follow through until resolved
- Run structured check-ins with sellers to track progress, uncover blockers, and keep momentum going
- Maintain accurate records across your book — health scores, onboarding status, open issues, and next steps logged at all times
- Work closely with AMs to hand off sellers who are ready for growth conversations
- Feed product and operational insights back to internal teams — you are the closest person to what is and isn’t working on the ground

Your first 90 days
- Within 30 days: You know the Whop platform inside and out and have fully taken ownership of your onboarding queue. Every new seller in your book has been contacted and has a clear onboarding plan.
- Within 60 days: Your sellers are going live faster. You’ve identified the most common onboarding blockers and have started building repeatable solutions for each one.
- Within 90 days: Your onboarding completion rate is up, your sellers are more active on the platform, and you’ve handed off your first expansion-ready accounts to the AM team.

About the role:
Whop is building institution-grade financial infrastructure for the next generation of digital entrepreneurship. We're hiring sales reps to onboard the fastest-growing businesses onto Whop Payments Network. You'll sell our payments rails and get businesses to use Whop for both pay-ins and payouts. About the Role
Whop is building institution-grade financial infrastructure for the next generation of entrepreneurship. We're hiring a BD lead to cut one-to-many deals that bring on thousands of new businesses to Whop. We want someone whose entire job is hunting, closing, and executing these partnerships until the merchants are live on Whop for payments, banking, and ads.
The types of partnerships we want cut:
- Creators and operators with large audiences of businesses: Codie Sanchez for SMBs, Pace Morby for real estate, Hormozi for small biz owners.
- Venture funds / incubators (YC, A16z, ZFellows, Insight, Bain, etc)
- PE firms looking to increase margin post-acquisition across their portfolio.
- Companies already onboarding our ICP: business incorporation platforms, lawyers, accountants, venture funds, incubators.
You own the deal from end to end: scouting the partner, cutting the deal, and staying on it until the partner's network is actively ramping on Whop. A signed contract means nothing if the merchants aren't live. Once the partnership is ramping on autopilot, an account manager takes over to maintain the relationship and you go hunt the next one.
The goal is to close 2-3 massive deals per year and get maximum impact out of each. This role reports to the Head of Sales and is based in NYC.
Responsibilities
- Scout and prioritize partners who can deliver thousands of merchants to Whop
- Get the meeting, pitch the deal, negotiate terms, close
- Ramp the deal: work with the partner to get their network live on Whop for payments, banking, and ads
- Hand off to an AM once the partnership is on autopilot, then go hunt the next one
- Close 2-3 massive deals per year
- Report weekly on pipeline, deals closed, merchants onboarded, and GP generated
What We’re Looking For
- Has been promoted 1-3x at a scaling fintech or infrastructure company. We want someone still rising, not someone who's done it three times and wants to do it again
- Has built successful internet businesses (> $250K in rev)
- Can sit across from a creator with 2M followers, a PE partner, and a GC at LegalZoom in the same week and hold your own in all three rooms
- Knows how to structure a deal: cash, rev share, advisory shares, referrals, deployed eng. Knows which lever to pull for which partner.
