WHOOP is hiring a Marketing Sr. Lead – GCC to serve as the regional brand and marketing leader, responsible for driving brand awareness, cultural relevance, and long-term growth across the Gulf region. This role connects global strategy with local execution, ensuring WHOOP shows up in a way that is both consistent and deeply resonant within each market. You will act as a strategic operator and cross-functional leader, aligning efforts across PR, creators, partnerships, media, and experiential to deliver cohesive, high-impact brand experiences in a rapidly evolving and high-opportunity region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the regional guardian of the WHOOP brand across the GCC, ensuring consistency, quality, and cultural relevance in all market-facing initiatives
Develop and own the Country Brand Plan, identifying high-impact opportunities that drive brand awareness, consideration, and long-term growth across key GCC markets
Act as the market expert, leveraging insights on consumer behavior, cultural dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and execution
Lead cross-functional alignment across PR, creators, partnerships, media, and experiential teams to deliver integrated campaigns and activations
Localize and execute global campaigns to ensure strong in-market performance, while leading region-specific activations, partnerships, and moments that resonate culturally
Build and nurture relationships with key partners, government stakeholders, fitness communities, and influencers to drive grassroots growth and deepen brand affinity
Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, EMV, share of voice), translating insights into actionable recommendations
Partner with commercial, retail, and distribution teams to support acquisition, engagement, and retention goals within the region
QUALIFICATIONS:
7–10+ years of experience in brand marketing, regional marketing, or market leadership roles, ideally within consumer technology, fitness, or lifestyle brands
Fluent in Arabic is a must
Deep understanding of the GCC markets, including cultural nuances, media landscape, and consumer behavior across key countries (e.g., UAE, KSA, Qatar)
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across brand, media, partnerships, and experiential channels
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution; comfortable operating from high-level planning to in-market delivery
Experience working with or navigating government entities, large partners, or regulated environments is a plus
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into clear actions and recommendations
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $170,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

WHOOP is seeking a Retail Associate to support the day-to-day operations of WHOOP Qatar, an experiential performance center, research lab, and store located in the heart of Msheireb.
This individual will play a key role in delivering a premium, data-driven member experience, supporting retail operations, and bringing the WHOOP brand to life on the ground. The Retail Associate will engage directly with members, drive membership and retail sales, and ensure operational excellence across extended hours (12 hours per day, 7 days per week). In partnership with WHOOP Labs Boston, WHOOP Labs Doha will collect exercise, physiology, and wear data to support development of new WHOOP devices and algorithms. To serve the company’s diverse testing and validation needs, WHOOP Labs completes tens of thousands of data collections a year and creates best in class experience for our participants. WHOOP Labs Doha will set the bar for product innovation research in the GCC, providing a best-in-class participant experience and contributing to advancing WHOOP technology.
We’re looking for a collaborative Senior Researcher with experience running exercise-based protocols and creating safe, energetic, and thoughtful research environments. You’re excited to engage directly with participants, work independently, and are comfortable advocating for research localization needs unique to Doha. This position is in-person in Doha, Qatar and will include some evening hours.
