About the role:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team and take ownership of our infrastructure, deployment processes, and overall platform reliability. You will work closely with backend and data teams to support a growing video and data platform used by millions of healthcare professionals worldwide.

In this role, you will focus on improving our CI/CD pipelines, system reliability, and developer experience, while helping scale our cloud infrastructure in a secure and cost-efficient way. What you’ll do: 

Reporting into the CMO, as Director of Field Marketing, you will build and lead Vumedi’s field marketing function from the ground up, with events as the primary lever for how and where we show up in the market. This role owns the strategy, execution, and evolution of Vumedi’s presence across industry conferences, congresses, and field programs that drive awareness, engagement, and platform impact.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Own Field Marketing & Event Strategy

• Build Vumedi’s field marketing and events function from the ground up, establishing the strategy, processes, tools, and frameworks needed to scale.

• Serve as the primary owner of “where and how Vumedi shows up” in the market through events and field programs.

• Capture and analyze attendance, engagement, and ROI metrics to inform future investment decisions and continuously improve impact.

Build for Scale

• Develop and evolve field marketing and conference playbooks, including event selection criteria, recommended presence types, planning frameworks, and success metrics.
• Continuously refine processes to make field marketing more efficient, scalable, and data-driven over time.
• Support select internal meetings (e.g., national sales meeting) in partnership with internal stakeholders, as needed.

• 7+ years of experience managing the full event lifecycle from strategy and planning through execution and post-event analysis — majority of which is in (or closely touching) healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries.

We’re looking for a Principal Engineer / Product Architect to lead the next evolution of Vumedi’s product architecture and technical direction. This is a hands-on, high-impact role - shaping how millions of doctors discover, learn, and collaborate through intelligent, scalable systems.

You’ll be both architect and builder, working directly with the CTO and engineering leaders across our US and Croatia teams to bring ambitious ideas from prototype to production.

What you’ll do: 

• Architect the future of Vumedi’s platform - from scalable video systems to AI-powered content discovery and personalized learning experiences.
• Prototype and build AI workflows and agents powered by LLMs (Large Language Models) to transform how doctors interact with knowledge, surface insights, and discover content.
• Work closely with Product, Data, and AI teams to build, deploy, and monitor intelligent services (classification, search relevance, personalization, summarization).
• Define architectural standards across backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers - ensuring reliability, maintainability, and scalability.

• 9+ years of experience building and scaling software systems, ideally in consumer, data, or AI products.
• Proven success as a Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, or Architect leading major system designs end-to-end.

Who you are:

You have been in software engineering for 5+ years and have honed your craft, ideally using scripting languages. From this experience you have developed broad competencies, technical skills and you use frameworks to build out products and implement business processes. The base salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skills and scope required, unique relevant experience, and job-related skills.

About the Role

Vumedi is seeking a Solutions Consultant is responsible for designing client programs that drive successful commercial outcomes on the Vumedi platform.  This role works directly with pharmaceutical brand teams and agency partners to translate marketing objectives into executable HCP education and awareness programs.

The Solutions Consultant leads discovery, develops tailored proposals, defines targeting strategy and program structure, and partners cross-functionally to ensure accurate launch and strong performance.  This individual brings a strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, agency dynamics, and digital HCP engagement.  This role plays a key part in supporting revenue growth by advancing deals, ensuring program alignment with client expectations, and identifying opportunities for expansion and optimization.

Success in the role requires strong client communication skills, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while driving clear, measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with Pharmaceutical Marketers and their Agency partners to understand brand goals, timelines, and success metrics
• Support the Sellers and drive positive sales outcomes by using your expertise and influence to educate customers on the value of the Vumedi platform
