Why this role matters:

Channel Sales leverages partner relationships to sell Vonage products and services. We work with existing partners and develop relationships with potential new partners to support the company’s ongoing sales growth and success. You can join our team as a Channel Manager, providing channel sales support for a large region and/or portfolio of assigned customers and partners.

 What you'll bring:

• Liaise between partners, customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of Vonage solutions according to customer need.
• Drive and manage successful sales/channel marketing campaigns and events.
• Set up and deliver product and/or service presentations and other actions to increase sales effectiveness.
• Cross-sell and up-sell based on understanding of customer and business need.
• Develop new channels beyond their immediate goals and open opportunities for Vonage and the Contact Center and Unified Communications space overall.
• Assist with and facilitate closing opportunities, sales training, field sales support and post-sale customer follow-up.
• Drive activity to enlist new agent partners for Vonage (i.e. value-added resellers, MSPs, telco agents) through cold calling, networking, referrals and telemarketing.
• Own the indirect sales process from beginning of relationship through install.
• Assist current partners with revenue generating activities, including webinars, conference calls and lunch-and-learns.  Recruit new partners in your market through various sales activities, events, webinars, etc.
• Handle move, add, change and disconnect service requests; address issues escalated from fellow team members.
• Apply established metrics and dashboards to report on the effectiveness of channel marketing / sales executions, new product introductions and performance.
• Develop progress and communications project status reports for management.
• Track daily activity and monthly results, meeting assigned minimum sales quotas.
• May provide informal support to less experienced team members.

Required:

• Prior proven experience in a Channel Sales or related role.
• Evidenced experience in driving increased value to partners.
• Experience in UC/CC Solution selling.

Your key responsibilities:

• Drive ServiceNow Business Segment referral business
• Build, nurture, and manage relationships with ServiceNow Business teams
• Align Vonage’s sales reps with their counterparts to generate pipeline and close opportunities

Own executive alignment and sales engagement - position Vonage as ServiceNow’s top communication partner

• Plan and lead joint field events with ServiceNow (both partner-facing and customer-facing)

Collaborate cross-functionally within Vonage to maintain momentum on partner strategy and joint outcomes Coordinate and run interlocks, milestone tracking, and strategy sessions with partners and internal stakeholders. Drive execution of regional go-to-market strategies with ServiceNow and other alliance partners. Deliver internal training sessions to equip Sales, Product, Services, and Support teams on partner ecosystem updates. Represent Vonage at industry events, promoting our brand and ecosystem value. Manage technical and business escalations to maintain partner success and deal velocity. Execute against established revenue, activity, and relationship goals. Support ongoing optimization of alliance processes to enhance partner program impact.

Who you are:

• Strong track record of recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners
• Prior experience or familiarity with the ServiceNow ecosystem is a must
• Prior direct sales experience is a huge plus a desire to succeed and a “get-it-done” attitude

This role would be part of our Commission Compensation structure and overall compensation would be based on 60% Base/40% Commission split.
