The Lead Material Controller is a key member of the CP2 Material Management team. The position will be responsible for managing control and flow of material from the offsite storage locations to the site using SiteSense. This is a contract position located in Lake Charles, LA. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of the project supply chain flows into the site.

We are seeking an experienced Subcontracts Administrator who is familiar with engineering, procurement and construction contracts and large infrastructure and/or energy projects, to administer and enforce construction contracts associated with the Company’s LNG projects.  Subcontract Administrator will support the administration of all phases of the project subcontracts, including preparation of subcontracts plan, bidders’ pre-qualification, subcontracts formation, risk assessment, execution, change management, reporting and formal close-out.   This individual will support the Subcontracts Manger and participate in a multi-disciplinary team that provides contracts oversight, implementation, and support and, as necessary, assist members of other departments in relation to such matters.

The Subcontract Administrator will report to the Manager of Subcontracts and support the Project Team as necessary. This position will be located in Cameron, LA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working as part of the Project Team in developing and forming subcontracts.
• Administering all phases of construction subcontracts, including pre-qualification, formation, execution and close-out.
• Developing and maintaining project subcontract plans.
• Sourcing potential subcontractors and performing bidders’ qualification in collaboration with HSE and QA/QC teams.

• Ensure vendor sign-offs and warranties/records are protected via correct procedures and documentation.

Documentation & compliance

• Ensure all mechanical turnover documentation is complete and audit-ready:
• ITRs, test reports, torque/tension records, reinstatement packs, redlines/as-builts, certificates
• Support regulatory or operations readiness requirements (e.g., turnover dossiers aligned to owner expectations).

Schedule, cost, and reporting

• Build and maintain mechanical commissioning logic inputs to the integrated schedule (P6 updates through the completions system as required).
• Provide weekly progress reporting: system readiness status, constraints, look-aheads, critical path impacts, and staffing needs.
• Support estimating and forecasting for mechanical commissioning labor and vendor support.

HSSE & quality

• Enforce commissioning HSSE expectations: PTW, LOTO, SIMOPS planning, energy isolation boundaries, confined space, lifts, and pressure testing safety.

The E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) Coordinator is responsible for client oversight and coordination of electrical, instrumentation, and controls construction activities in one of the various areas of a major LNG facility located in Cameron, LA. Areas include PTM, LFM, PIS, BOP, BOG, NRU, Tanks, & Marine. He or She is responsible for ensuring that construction work is performed according to the project requirements and expectations with specific attention to safety, schedule, budget, & quality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily E&I construction tasks and teams for their respective area
• Review all equipment and manpower employed by the Subcontractor to ensure they are adequate for available work fronts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review of specifications, procedures and specified standards utilized on the construction site

We are seeking an experienced Subcontracts Manager, who is familiar with engineering, procurement and construction contracts and large infrastructure and/or energy projects, to administer and enforce construction contracts associated with the Company’s LNG projects.  Subcontract Manager will manage all phases of the project subcontracts, including preparation of subcontracts plan, bidders’ pre-qualification, subcontracts formation, risk assessment, execution, ongoing contract and change management, reporting and formal contract close-out procedures. This individual will participate in a multi-disciplinary team that provides contracts oversight, implementation, and support.

The Subcontracts Manager will support the Site Construction Manager and Project Team as necessary. This position will be located in Cameron, LA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working as part of the Project Team in developing and forming subcontracts.
• Leadership and oversight for Subcontract Administrators.
• Managing all phases of engineering and construction subcontracts, including pre-qualification, formation, execution and close-out.
• Creating and maintaining project subcontract plans.
• Sourcing potential subcontractors and performing bidders’ qualification in collaboration with HSE and QA/QC teams.
• Ensuring proper technical inputs needed for the award of subcontracts are timely received from proposals and project technical teams, avoiding to the extent possible any post-award changes.
• Creating and issuing RFQs, adding value to the scope of work, technical documents, and project schedule.
• Soliciting and ensuring proper review of RFQ package documents for completeness prior to issue.
• Receiving and analyzing proposals, negotiating the terms of the subcontracts with the support of the Project and Legal teams.
• Obtaining NDAs from bidders/subcontractors, as required.
• Conducting subcontracts pre-award, project kick-off and status meetings.
• Preparing, with the collaboration of the Project Team, the Subcontract Bid Assessment & Recommendation for award to be reviewed and approved by management.
• Subcontract execution/formalization, following Company Guidelines and Procedures.
• Tracking and auditing subcontract document list working in conjunction with the Document Control Team.
• Reviewing and analyzing quantity assessment provided by Project Controls for invoice validation and subcontract productivity.
• Ensuring all required subcontractor insurance is in place prior to the performance of any Work.
• Attending Site construction meetings, as required.
• Overall Change Order management, including working closelywith the relevant Project stakeholders to finalize change order documentation.
• Performing subcontract risk assessment.
• Monitoring and reviewing invoices from subcontractors.
• Obtaining Lien Releases and completion certificates from subcontractors.

Job Qualifications:

• Highest Level of Education Required for this Position:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 7-10+ years of professional experience with contract / subcontracts.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in engineering / construction subcontracting activities for the oil and gas industry.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Visits construction sites and inspects each stage of construction up to completion. Interpret plans, specifications, and codes and verifies contract work is performed in accordance with them. Assist in obtaining approved designs and permits from utility companies for services to construction sites.
• Monitor construction sites for safety violations. Prepares Non-Conformance Reports when work is not performed to the approved standards. Maintains daily activity logs and reports.
• Review or prepare interim progress reports for contractor payments. Monitor contractor-testing activities. Prepare reports on labor, material, and equipment on site. Determine construction conforms to plans and specifications; if not issue Non-Conformance Reports for corrective action.
• Assist in maintaining, supporting, and promoting a safe work environment while complying with s safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinates preparation of inspection cost estimates and maintenance records.
• Arranges, coordinates and oversees technical inspections such as electrical, mechanical, landscaping, soil testing, concrete, and asphalt mixes, and reinforcing steel for conformance to specification requirements.
• May allocate inspection resources and supervise inspectors.

Qualifications:

• Approximately five (5) years of experience or greater Supervisor
• Building Inspector of large commercial or industrial construction projects, heavy construction projects, transportation, or transit construction projects for the civil disciplines

General Description:

The Completions Coordinator, Heavy Haul reports to the Completions Manager and leads the safe, efficient and effective execution of all mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance work at Venture Global , specifically, at the Inlet/Pre-treatment, Liquefaction, Tanks/Loading and Process Balance of Plant (BoP) systems.
