The Demand Generation Coordinator plays a critical operational role in managing the full funnel of inbound demand generation (DG) leads. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly responsive, and comfortable using technology to scale communications and streamline manual tasks. This role serves as the connective tissue between demand generation and sales - owning the day-to-day execution of campaign follow-through and ensuring no high-value lead is left behind.

Compass Development Marketing Group (CDMG) provides research, pre-development planning, marketing, sales, and leasing services to developers building new residential projects across New York City. Our team advises on everything from unit mix and pricing strategy to go-to-market execution. We are now building a technology layer to match the sophistication of the advisory work we do, and this role is central to that effort.
Please note that this is a 100% in-office role.
This is a builder role. You will design and develop the next generation of internal tools, data infrastructure, and AI-powered workflows that power CDMG’s advisory platform. You will work directly with our research analysts, project managers, and sales leadership to identify where technology can create leverage across the business and then build the systems to deliver it.
The scope is broad and the environment is entrepreneurial. You will own the full cycle from identifying a workflow problem to architecting a solution to deploying it. You will not be managing a large team or sitting in planning meetings all day. You will be writing code, designing data models, and shipping tools that people use.
A central focus of this role is scalability. CDMG produces high-value analytical work for its developer clients, including building-level performance dashboards, public records analysis, competitive market reports, and offering plan breakdowns. You will build the data pipelines, templates, and tooling that allow these deliverables to be produced faster and deployed across any building in the portfolio, giving the team leverage to take on more projects at a higher standard.
You will also serve as the technical partner to our research function, working closely with analysts to expand how research is produced, structured, and delivered. This is not a research management role. It is an infrastructure role that multiplies what the research team can do.
You are a technical generalist who builds things end to end. You are comfortable moving between data engineering, application development, and AI implementation depending on what the problem requires. You care about doing things right but you care more about doing things that work. You know when to build for scale and when to ship something scrappy that solves the problem today.
This is an opportunity to shape how one of the most active new development advisory teams in New York City operates at scale. You will have direct access to senior leadership, a clear mandate to ship, and the freedom to make real architectural decisions.

The Client Infrastructure team provides the foundational platform, tooling, and infrastructure that empowers our iOS engineering teams to build, deploy, and ship features with confidence, speed, and quality. As a Senior Software Engineer on the iOS Platform sub-team, you will be the technical leader shaping the future of iOS development at Compass, fostering a culture of technical excellence and developer empowerment across 40+ iOS engineers.
You are a pragmatic visionary who can "poke holes" in complex iOS architectures to prevent future technical debt, simplify sprawling build systems, and deliver scalable, resilient platform solutions that save thousands of engineering hours. Beyond execution, you serve as the iOS technical leader and mentor, guiding talented iOS engineers while driving impactful, high-complexity platform projects. As a Senior Engineering Manager in the Search & Listings (S&L) organization, you will lead a team at the center of a real estate technology platform that simplifies the process of finding, buying, and selling homes. S&L encompasses bringing in property and listing data from hundreds of sources nationwide, cleaning the data and making them accessible across our customer platform, and building rich experiences for agents and consumers to search, track, share, and explore the properties and listings. Our tools are foundational in enabling the entire Compass platform as a place which enables agents to work more efficiently, putting time back in their hands to grow their businesses.
Your role oversees critical products and services which are foundational to our agent workflows, including both the agent and consumer facing real estate search experience. Given its central position within the Compass platform and its integration with numerous core products, this role requires a seasoned manager who maintains the highest operational standards while also being skilled in facilitating essential discussions with stakeholders across various functions and organizations. Your role will involve working on projects that impact the highest priorities of our technology roadmap and the business, as well as responsibility for managing a large infrastructure footprint with excellence in resilience and cost-efficiency, all while collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams. Engineering managers influence teams outside of their own organization and deliver results that move the needle at the organizational level and impact company-wide goals. You will be responsible for managing a highly talented and energetic set of developers for delivering critical roadmap features. You will help develop and grow a strong and efficient team that can Own, Innovate and Move Fast while building a culture of collaboration and trust. The role will require you to work with Product Managers, Designers and Staff Engineers to identify and deliver the right long term solution for our customers.
You will play a valuable role in setting the north star, standards and operational excellence for the compass platform and engineering team.
