In February 2024, we acquired Fat Shark, a leader in ultra-low-latency FPV video goggles, and Rotor Riot, a leading FPV-focused e-commerce platform with one of the largest pilot communities in the world. Together, Fat Shark builds the products and Rotor Riot brings them to market.
Demand for drones continues to grow across public safety, enterprise, defense, and future delivery applications. At the same time, new legislation and global conflicts are reshaping supply chains long dominated by Chinese manufacturers. This shift toward U.S.-based production creates a major opportunity for Unusual Machines to grow as a trusted American supplier of drone components.
