Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Payroll Benefits Coordinator to join our high-growth and fast-paced DSO. The primary responsibility of this position is onboarding new hires/partnership employees, administering benefit enrollment, and assisting the Payroll Benefits Manager in all facets of the Payroll and Benefit functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer the full cycle ADP onboarding process to include welcome email, new hire profile in ADP and process I9s through E-Verify.
- Process payroll to include maintaining payroll balance sheet.
- Assist in maintaining all employee documents to include uploading into ADP.
- Conduct monthly audits ensuring employee profiles in ADP are accurate.
- Maintain an understanding of all company benefits offered.
- Administer new hire benefit enrollment process.
- Administer COBRA reinstatements.
- Monitor FMLA/LOA’s through TPA. Tracks leave in ADP.
- Monitor FSA/COBRA TPA.
- Administer STD process.
- Audit monthly benefit invoices.
- Administer Practice benefit payments/audits.
- Approver in ADP for address changes, benefit enrollments etc.
- Process payroll ACH’s.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Payroll Benefits Manager
- Maintain and respond to payroll and benefit inbox.
- Assist with generating reports as needed.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Experienced in ADP Workforce Now
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
Work Conditions
- Required to commute to the Chicago headquarters.
- Ability to maintain a full-time employment schedule of approximately 40 hours per week; extended hours may be requested or required.
- Prolonged sitting and standing as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
