As a Customer Success Manager at Triple Whale, you will focus on and support our ecommerce stores and/or our agency Enterprise clients who maintain the relationship with the stores directly. You will be joining a growing global team of superstar CSMs who love to help and guide our clients to success.
This CSM will own relationships with our Enterprise clients and lead their program strategy in a consultative and data-driven fashion. Your core responsibility will be working with customers as a trusted consultant and to own customer relationships completely - advising on marketing strategy, best practices and feature functionality.We are prioritizing candidates based on the West Coast of the US or those who can comfortably work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.

This role owns everything that happens after the deal is signed, ensuring customers successfully onboard, adopt, and realize ongoing value. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll oversee Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Customer Support, and Implementation, building a seamless, high-impact journey from initial onboarding through long-term growth.
Success in this role means driving strong retention and expansion, accelerating time-to-value, and building the systems and teams needed to scale without losing quality.

We are seeking a Manager of Customer Success, EMEA to build and lead our European Customer Success presence. This is a foundational hire — you will be the first dedicated CS leadership voice in the region, responsible for establishing culture, operating rhythm, and business ownership across a small but growing team of Customer Success Managers.
You will own the EMEA CS book like a business: setting regional strategy in partnership with CS leadership, coaching your team, and driving net revenue retention with the same financial accountability a category manager brings to a P&L. As the CS voice in the region, you'll need to lead with conviction — making good calls on behalf of your customers and team while staying tightly connected to the broader global org.
