Role Overview
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst specializing in NetSuite at Navan, you’ll serve as our primary expert and technical lead for our global NetSuite environment. You will function as the primary lead for highly visible ERP initiatives, owning projects from early stakeholder engagement through solution design, configuration, implementation, and post-deployment adoption. Your goal is to ensure Navan’s NetSuite ERP platform operates efficiently, securely, and through scalable automated processes closely aligned to business priorities.
In this role, you’ll leverage your extensive technical NetSuite knowledge, comprehensive understanding of accounting and finance processes, and strong analytical capabilities to translate stakeholder requirements into effective system-driven solutions. As a Commercial Account Manager your mission will be to drive revenue by ensuring your clients are happy, referenceable, and maximizing the value they take from the Navan platform.
