Role Overview:
As a Tier 3 Support Engineer at Transmit Security, you will serve as a critical escalation point within the Customer Support organization, handling the most complex and technically challenging issues related to our identity security, fraud prevention, and CIAM platform. You’ll work directly with enterprise customers, engineering teams, and product management to ensure timely resolution of incidents while delivering a white-glove support experience.
This role requires deep technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be expected to perform in-depth root cause analyses, manage critical incidents, and contribute to product improvements by identifying recurring issues and suggesting enhancements.

What We Offer:
The OTE salary range for this position is $120,000 - 150,000 USD. Individual compensation for this role is determined based on various factors, including but not limited to qualifications, experience, location, and overall business and organizational needs.

Transmit Security is redefining digital identity with passwordless authentication, CIAM, and fraud prevention platforms used by the world’s largest enterprises. We are looking for a Solutions Architect to help our technology partners build, integrate, and scale solutions on top of Transmit Security’s APIs and SDKs.
Strong experience with APIs, SDKs, and modern authentication flows (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, MFA, passwordless).
Background in identity, CIAM, security, or fraud prevention technologies.
Ability to write production-quality code in one or more languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Go).
Solid understanding of cloud architectures and integration patterns.
Excellent communication skills — able to bridge business, product, and engineering teams.
Comfortable working with external partners and influencing without authority.
The OTE salary range for this position is $(220,000-250,000). Individual compensation for this role is determined based on various factors, including but not limited to qualifications, experience, location, and overall business and organizational needs.

About Us:
Transmit Security is hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in Transmit Security, you will work closely with our customers, build strategic relationships with them, and help them achieve their business goals as a trusted advisor. You will orchestrate and be the single point of contact for all services and support related matters. Your main goal is to gain and maintain the satisfaction of our customers through deep understanding of the customers’ issues and environment. In addition, you will be involved in the sales cycle to coordinate subscription renewal, up-sell and cross-sell activities.
The CSM will lead guided success services which realize a solid and sustained partnership to improve customers’ experience. The CSM will host strategic review meetings periodically to align and update the success plan with customers.
This role can be remote, anywhere in the United States or LATAM.
