We’re hiring a Principal Growth Marketer to take ownership of critical growth levers and build the systems that will scale pipeline in Tines’ next phase of growth.
This role sits at the intersection of acquisition, pipeline generation, and growth systems, and will play a key role in defining how growth operates at Tines.
You will improve paid acquisition performance, strengthen how marketing drives and converts pipeline in partnership with SDRs, expand inbound growth, and build effective lifecycle journeys—while improving how we measure and optimize performance across the funnel.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, SDR, and RevOps to improve how pipeline is generated, measured, and converted.
This role will play a key part in defining how Tines scales its growth engine in the next phase of the company.
You’ll improve pipeline generation today while building the systems, data infrastructure, and experimentation capabilities that allow growth to compound over time.
OTE: $170,000 - $230,000 (base + bonus) + equity

Senior Software Engineer - Full-Stack
You’ll join the team primarily responsible for Pages and Apps, where you’ll build complete product features as well as tooling and libraries to enable other engineers to ship faster, higher quality software. The Senior Customer Success Manager role will play a critical part in the exciting growth trajectory of Tines. As an automation platform, the more the customer automates, the more value they achieve and deliver to their business.
Your role will be to drive strategic success planning and engagement across an assigned set of Tines’ enterprise accounts. You will foster champions in these accounts and will support and empower your customers across the customer journey - from onboarding to ongoing adoption, through expansion and renewal.
Success in this role will entail developing an understanding the customer’s current state (teams, processes, tools, current usage of Tines), their strategic initiatives, and aligning with executive and key stakeholder goals & priorities. You will be able to effectively orchestrate across both customer and internal teams to bring to bear internal resources (Customer Success Engineers, Sales, Product, CS Leadership, etc) to tailor messaging and recommendations to the customer’s specific needs and to identify future-state opportunities for automation, additional feature usage, or recommend maturity of process within the customer’s organization. You will develop Success Plans to help customers drive an automation plan and roadmap, and you will partner closely with Sales teams to deliver customer Executive Business Reviews and QBR’s.
Alongside expansion within existing teams, you will play a crucial part in our strategy to expand outside of security teams into other functions where automation potential exists, such as: IT, HR, Product/Engineering & Operations ) - helping to identify these opportunities and gain trust and stakeholder mindshare to extend the footprint and deepen the partnership with Tines. You will become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the Tines product, helping to build customer advocacy.
At the same time, you will provide feedback to our Product and Engineering teams, helping us shape the future of the product. This role partners closely with Sales, Professional Services, Product teams, Customer Success Engineers, and other internal teams in pursuit of driving deeper partnerships and successful customer outcomes in these accounts.

The Customer Success Manager role will play a critical part in the exciting growth trajectory of Tines. As an automation platform, the more the customer automates, the more value they see. This is a remote position that must be based in either PST or MST in the United States as this person will be required to attend in person meetings & events in that region regularly.
We’re looking for an Sr. Enterprise Account Executive – IT Growth to drive revenue growth by expanding our workflow automation platform within IT organizations. In this role, you’ll partner closely with core Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success to identify, progress, and close IT-focused opportunities across enterprise accounts.
This is a quota-carrying role for a collaborative seller who understands the IT landscape and can confidently engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
Annual on target compensation (salary + commission): $320k + equity

You’ll join the team primarily responsible for scaling the throughput and performance of the core, backend job processing engine at Tines. However, since we’re still a small but growing software engineering organization, this role is not strictly limited to any single part of our product or stack.

Location:
You can work fully remotely from anywhere in Ireland. You can make use of our Tines office space in Dublin to meet up with other members of the engineering team when you wish.
