What you will do:

As part of the commercial team, you will focus on acquiring and managing multi-site restaurant groups and chains. You will:

• Manage a designated pipeline of restaurant groups and chains, driving acquisition through outbound activity and structured meetings virtual and face to face.
• Identify and engage multiple stakeholders, including CEOs, Operations, Marketing, and Commercial leaders, presenting QBR's where relevant.
• Position the platform’s value proposition at scale, aligning commercial solutions with group-wide objectives.
• Negotiate commercial terms, rates, and margins across single and multi-location agreements.
• Create engagement strategies to address complex decision-making processes and operational roadblocks.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets across a variety of KPIs such as yield management and retention.
• Work closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, Legal and Finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and rollout across locations.
• Represent the brand consistently and professionally across all touchpoints.
• Build relationships with trade bodies, franchise networks, and industry partners to support pipeline growth.
• Travel as required for regional meetings, trade events, and internal team sessions.

Who you are:

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications

• You are fluent in English; additional languages are highly appreciated.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within a digital, online, or tech-led business.
• You have experience managing territories, pipelines, and KPIs using Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• You are a self-driven, results-oriented professional who consistently strives to meet and exceed targets.
• You are confident and comfortable conducting negotiations and commercial conversations over the phone.
• You have a strong understanding of revenue management–related topics and commercial performance levers.
• You can quickly establish trust and build credible, long-term business relationships.
• You work autonomously and are comfortable managing KPIs, targets, and performance metrics.
• You are able to work on a hybrid basis, with three days per week in the London office and availability to travel 20% of the time.

• Onboard/Train TheFork Partners to TheFork Manager, the best ERBs for restaurant booking management out there;
• Ensure Partners are using the management software on a daily basis, and support them streamline and improve their service management
• Guide our Partners through their digital transformation
• Generate interest in Partners by showing them the opportunity to upgrade their ERB 
• Re-Train Partners on the ERB, and proactively propose a refresh about it when needed
• Being watchful for improvement in training techniques
• Guarantee an excellent partner experience during the onboarding process
• Bring feedback from the field to improve our ERB, in collaboration with our Product Team

• At least C2 level of Italian and fluency in English are mandatory
• Previous experience in similar roles is appreciated
• Experience working with CRM (Salesforce is definitely a plus)

What you will do:

• The Inside Sales Representative will focus on proactively prospecting for new business opportunities with Restaurants. Identify, generate, and close sales opportunities for TheFork.
•  You have to acquire these restaurants by phone; collect the information required for qualification of the restaurant and discover of their needs.
• After qualification explain the benefits to the restaurant to join our network and use of our TheForkManager software.
• The role requires the ability to work independently to meet an individual sales quota as well as part of a wider team to support the overal country and regional quota.

This role is a high-performance, target-driven sales position, focused on new business acquisition, where you will own your territory, consistently deliver results, and contribute to the development of the wider team.

What you will do:

This is a field-based role (approx. 80% of your time).

Your day-to-day will include:

• Prospecting restaurants via cold calls, walk-ins, and outreach
• Conducting in-person meetings and product demos to present TheFork products and services
• Managing your own pipeline from first contact to closing
• Adapting your schedule to restaurant availability (including occasional evening meetings)
• Support onboarding and ramp-up of new hires
• Share best practices and contribute to team performance improvement
• Act as a role model in terms of activity levels, pipeline management, and execution
• Provide informal support to managers on day-to-day operational topics when needed 

This is a highly proactive new business role focused on self-generated pipeline and outbound prospecting. Success in this position comes from consistency, ownership, and the ability to build strong commercial relationships in a fast-paced environment.

What success looks like:

First 60 days:

• Quick ramp up on the sales pitch and product knowledge (both B2C and B2B)
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Start to establish wider network in the sector of useful industry contacts
• Close deals early and demonstrate ability to operate autonomously 

After first 60 days:

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets
• Maintain strong pipeline coverage and activity levels (15 meeting per week / 30+ opportunities created monthly)

Who you are:

You must meet these essential qualifications:

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
• 5+ years of experience in sales, with a strong track record in new business acquisition
• Proven experience managing full sales cycle independently, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to create urgency and close with ease
• Ability to operate autonomously in a competitive and fast-paced environment

What you will do: 

• Grow revenue from your restaurant portfolio month over month by selling and activating TheFork solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for your restaurants and build strong, long-term partnerships.
• Support your portfolio mainly by email and phone, advising on positioning, revenue management and online marketing.
• Define and execute action plans in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to drive performance.
• Work closely with the Marketing Restaurant Offer team to create and manage promotional plans, including Festivals, special offers, YUMS and SUPER YUMS.

• Monitor compliance with TheFork terms and conditions and quality standards to ensure an excellent B2C user experience.
• Provide onboarding, training and ongoing support to ensure effective use of TheFork tools.
• Share restaurant feedback and user needs with internal teams to continuously improve TheFork products and platforms.

Key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Monthly revenue generated by restaurants in your portfolio.
• Number and quality of promotions available across the portfolio.
• Level of B2C issues or customer complaints.
• Number of restaurants participating in the YUMS and SUPER YUMS programmes.
• Number and quality of restaurants taking part in TheFork Festivals.

Who you are:

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar commercial role.
• Fluent French and fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Fully computer literate, with experience using MS Office and Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Comfortable having sales conversations and negotiations over the phone.
• Experience managing a high volume of outbound and inbound calls (20–50 per day) and large account portfolios (600–1,000 accounts).
• Self-starter with a strong results focus and experience working with KPIs and targets.
• Ability to manage several priorities or projects at the same time.

What you will do: 

As a member of the sales team, your mission is to subscribe new restaurants to TheFork solutions on a daily basis.

• After selecting in-scope restaurants, you will proactively contact and schedule meetings with the owners or managers of the restaurants. Your daily activities will be composed of phone-calls and pre-organized virtual meetings to present TheFork products and services.

Als “VIP” Key Account Manager:

What you will do:

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiency across Italy and DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) markets through process execution, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Support & Process Improvement:

• Provide day-to-day support to the Sales team on processes, including user questions, process guidance, and issue resolution.

Vous êtes l'ambassadeur/ambassadrice de TheFork, le moteur de notre expansion sur le terrain.

• Chasse Active & Quotidienne : Votre bureau, c'est la ville ! Après avoir ciblé des restaurants, vous êtes constamment sur le terrain. On vise minimum 10 Rdvs, assis une bonne heure avec le client. Et on pousse un max de portes: vous aimez ce volume, car chaque rencontre est une opportunité.
• De la Prosp au Closing : Vous contactez de manière proactive les propriétaires et responsables pour décrocher des rendez-vous afin de démontrer en direct comment TheFork Manager va révolutionner leur gestion de tables, optimiser leur remplissage et leur simplifier la vie au quotidien.
• Consultant(e) Stratégique : Vous écoutez les besoins du restaurateur, puis vous mettez en lumière les opportunités uniques qu'offrent notre logiciel et notre vaste réseau de convives. Véritable conseiller/conseillère, vous montrez la valeur ajoutée et le ROI.
• Objectif Réussite : Vous assurez un suivi structuré et rigoureux de vos prospects jusqu'à ce que l'accord soit signé et que le restaurant soit publié avec succès en ligne. • Efter att ha valt ut relevanta restauranger kommer du proaktivt att ta kontakt och boka möten med restaurangägare eller ansvariga chefer. Ditt dagliga arbete består av kalla samtal, spontana besök och förbokade möten där du presenterar TheForks produkter och tjänster.

Vad du kommer att göra:

• Som en del av vårt Account Management-team ansvarar du för relationen med våra kunder – restaurangerna. Du erbjuder en personlig service efter att de har anslutit sig till TheFork-nätverket och du kommer att:
• Säkerställa att din restaurangportfölj genererar ökad omsättning via TheFork månad för månad genom att sälja våra lösningar
• Vara huvudkontakt och bygga långsiktiga relationer med dina kunder
• Ge support, främst via e-post och telefon, och hjälpa restaurangerna med positioneringsstrategi, revenue management och digital marknadsföring
• Sätta upp handlingsplaner i samarbete med Sales- och Marketing-teamen
• Arbeta nära vårt Marketing Restaurant Offer-team för att utveckla kampanjer (inklusive Festivals, specialerbjudanden, YUMS och SUPER YUMS) för din portfölj
• Förhandla fram win-win-lösningar som hjälper restaurangerna att optimera sina marginaler och öka beläggningsgraden
• Säkerställa att restauranger följer våra villkor och kvalitetskrav samt levererar en förstklassig användarupplevelse
• Säkerställa support och utbildning i användningen av våra verktyg
• Fånga upp användarbehov och samarbeta med andra team för att kontinuerligt förbättra våra produkter och tjänster
• Dina KPI:er inkluderar (men är inte begränsade till):
• Månatlig omsättning genererad av restaurangerna i din portfölj
• Antal och kvalitet på aktiva kampanjer i din portfölj
• Att bibehålla och minska churn
• Antal restauranger som deltar i YUMS/SUPER YUMS-programmen
• Antal och kvalitet på restauranger som deltar i TheFork Festivals

Vem du är:

Du måste uppfylla följande grundkrav

• Du talar flytande svenska och engelska; ytterligare språk är meriterande
• Du har minst två års erfarenhet inom account management eller liknande roll
• Du är självgående, resultatorienterad och van att nå och överträffa mål
• Du är trygg i att hålla affärsdialoger och förhandlingar via telefon
• Du har god förståelse för revenue management och kommersiella drivkrafter
• Du är analytisk men också kreativ och kan ta fram lösningar som skapar verkligt värde

What you will do:

As a part of our account management team, you will manage the relationship with our customers, the restaurants. You will offer them a personalized service once they have joined the TheFork network and you will:

• Ensure your Restaurant portfolio will generate significant more revenue with TheFork month over month, by selling TheFork solutions to the Restaurants
• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
• Provide support, mainly through email and phone, to your client portfolio and help them with their positioning strategy, revenue management and online marketing
• Set up action plans defined with Sales and Marketing departments. You will work closely with our team of Marketing Restaurant Offer to develop promotional plans (including Festivals, other special offers, YUMS, and SUPER YUMS) for your portfolio in order to ensure the best offer to our users
• Negotiate favorable win-win conditions, allowing the restaurants to optimize their margins and increase the seat-occupancy rate
• Monitor and take actions to ensure restaurants comply with our T&CS and quality policies and that excellent B2C user experience is guaranteed
• Ensure the support and training to use our tools
• Express user requirements and work with other departments to constantly improve product relevance of TheFork websites and applications leveraging your knowledge of restaurants

Your KPIs will include (but not limited to):

• Monthly revenues generated by the restaurants in your portfolio
• Promotions available across your portfolio
• Maintaining and reducing our Churn Level
• Number of restaurants part of the YUMS/SUPERYUMS program across your portfolio
• Number and quality of restaurants participating in TheFork Festivals

Who you are:

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications

• You are fluent in Swedish and English; additional languages are highly appreciated.
• You have at least two years of experience in account management or a closely related role.
• You are a self-driven, results-oriented professional who consistently strives to meet and exceed targets.
• You are confident and comfortable conducting negotiations and commercial conversations over the phone.
• You have a strong understanding of revenue management–related topics and commercial performance levers.
• You are analytical yet creative, able to propose tailored solutions that genuinely add value for customers.

Qué harás: 

• Tras seleccionar los restaurantes dentro del alcance, contactarás proactivamente por teléfono con sus propietarios o gerentes. Tu actividad diaria consistirá en realizar llamadas en frío (cold-calling) y llamadas de seguimiento para presentar los productos y servicios de TheFork.

What you will do:

• After selecting in-scope restaurants, you will proactively contact by phone meetings with the owners or managers of the restaurants. Your daily activities will be composed of cold-calls, and follow up calls to present TheFork products and services.
• You will be in charge of proposing and selling TheFork products and services, including: promotions, advanced software tool, booking widgets installed on the restaurant website, training & marketing solutions.
• You will engage with the Restaurants managers to help them understand the opportunities, features and benefits of the TheFork Manager tool and TheFork network.
• You will follow up with the prospects you engaged with until you close the deal and the restaurant is successfully published online on TheFork and affiliate websites.

 Who you are:

• Native in French and fluency in english, any additional language is valuable.
• Experience of at least 1 year in a similar role: Telesales - Prospecting and qualifying by phone, being responsible for the entire sales cycle.
• Used to work with CRM - managing and organizing a pipeline. 
• A self-starter, and passionate Foodie, who loves to reach and exceed targets.
• A customer-oriented person with a strong commercial mindset and influencing skills, capable of convincing and engaging people.

Vous êtes l'ambassadeur/ambassadrice de TheFork, le moteur de notre expansion sur le terrain.

• Chasse Active & Quotidienne : Votre bureau, c'est la ville ! Après avoir ciblé des restaurants, vous êtes constamment sur le terrain. On vise minimum 10 Rdvs, assis une bonne heure avec le client. Et on pousse un max de portes: vous aimez ce volume, car chaque rencontre est une opportunité.
• De la Prosp au Closing : Vous contactez de manière proactive les propriétaires et responsables pour décrocher des rendez-vous afin de démontrer en direct comment TheFork Manager va révolutionner leur gestion de tables, optimiser leur remplissage et leur simplifier la vie au quotidien.
• Consultant(e) Stratégique : Vous écoutez les besoins du restaurateur, puis vous mettez en lumière les opportunités uniques qu'offrent notre logiciel et notre vaste réseau de convives. Véritable conseiller/conseillère, vous montrez la valeur ajoutée et le ROI.

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management or relevant roles
• Language: Native level of Italian and fluent English
• A Fully computer literate - GSuite and Salesforce
• Self-starter, results-oriented person who loves to reach and exceed targets
• Knowledge of the revenue management related issue
• Very comfortable having conversations and negotiations over the phone
• Analytical and creative mind, able to offer the customers the best solutions

What you will do: 

• Grow revenue from your restaurant portfolio month over month by selling and activating TheFork solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for your restaurants and build strong, long-term partnerships.

Who you are:

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar commercial role.
• Fluent French and fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Fully computer literate, with experience using MS Office and Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Comfortable having sales conversations and negotiations over the phone.
• Experience managing a high volume of outbound and inbound calls (20–50 per day) and large account portfolios (600–1,000 accounts).

What you will do:

• After selecting in-scope restaurants, you will proactively contact and schedule meetings with the owners or managers of the restaurants. Your daily activities will be composed of cold-calls, walk-in visits and pre organized meetings to present TheFork products and services.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE - BELGIUM

As part of TheFork’s international growth strategy, we are building a dedicated Inside Sales team focused exclusively on selling our restaurant reservation and management system in new international markets. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly launched division within a high-growth tech company, combining startup energy with enterprise scale.

You’ll report to the Sales Manager New Markets and play a critical role in driving the success of new markets expansion.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and contact in-scope restaurants across Flanders, using cold calling and lead follow-ups from our CRM.
• Pitch and sell our restaurant reservation and management system - TheFork Manager- that includes among other features: online reservation tools, table management, marketing and visibility services.
• Educate and engage restaurant managers on the benefits of adopting TheFork Manager.
• Own the full sales cycle — from outreach to successful onboarding and activation.
• Collaborate with your team to continuously test and learn, shaping the go-to-market strategy and supporting future scale-up.

Who You Are

• Fluent in Flemish and English (other languages like French, Spanish, Arabic are a plus but not required).
• Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally in SaaS or a fast-paced commercial environment. A background in hospitality is a plus.
• Target-driven and proactive, with a genuine love for closing deals and exceeding KPIs.
• Strong communicator and influencer, comfortable handling short sales cycles and fast decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — excited by the idea of building something new, working in ambiguity, and iterating fast.
• Organized and autonomous, able to manage a pipeline efficiently while staying resilient in a test-and-learn setting.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.

What you will do:

• Manage a portfolio of existing gift card distributors (resellers), delivering proactive account management to optimize performance and maximize revenue across all B2B channels.
