Summary
We are looking to hire a Customer Support Engineer as a part of Telesign Technical Support who will be working with our customers as well as with internal teams on troubleshooting issues, resolving them, or escalating problems. Technical Support Team is working in conjunction with other Telesign teams, employs a customer-centric oriented approach to improve the quality of the service that Telesign provides.

We are seeking a talented and hands‑on Platform Solution Engineer with a strong background in software engineering, DevOps and cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for a global API distribution platform — a distributed gateway system that routes, enriches and exposes APIs across multiple regions and partners. The platform is customer‑facing in functionality, exposing APIs and self‑service capabilities to external customers and developers through integrated portals and developer experiences.
You will own all aspects of the platform configuration, routing logic, business flows and plugins, while working closely with a central CAMARA‑based aggregation platform, Cloud SREs, Software teams, Security and product stakeholders. You’ll also be the technical guardian of the customer and developer portals, ensuring a smooth, intuitive and self‑service experience for API consumers and partners.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be part of the CRM Ecosystem Technical Team of Proximus Global. You will work closely with Product, Tech, business stakeholders, and external partners to support the maintenance and development of the Proximus Global CRM systems.
