Summary
We are looking to hire a Customer Support Engineer as a part of Telesign Technical Support who will be working with our customers as well as with internal teams on troubleshooting issues, resolving them, or escalating problems. Technical Support Team is working in conjunction with other Telesign teams, employs a customer-centric oriented approach to improve the quality of the service that Telesign provides.
General Responsibilities:
- Identify, clarify, and resolve general and specific customer impacting problems.
- Provide professional, useful, and complete advice, training, and responses.
- Learn, apply, and articulate Telesign’s products, services, and operational technology to recommend potential uses and best practice for customers; to stay up to date with application changes.
- Drive increased customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
- Provide responsive support in line with company service levels and proper handling.
- Maintain accurate account information and settings in proprietary systems.
- Alerting and Communication – Internal and External.
- Provide additional monitoring after alert by responsible Telesign department.
- Evaluation and feedback on operational procedures/processes to ensure efficiency and security.
- Maintain and expand technical knowledge across Telesign products and services, tools, and processes.
- Contribute to and maintain technical documentation, responses, FAQs, knowledge bases and processes to help work efficiently across Support organization.
- Update relevant stakeholders with the most frequent customer questions or where customers experience confusion or issues.
Essential Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a mid or high-level customer facing role.

We are seeking a talented and hands‑on Platform Solution Engineer with a strong background in software engineering, DevOps and cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for a global API distribution platform — a distributed gateway system that routes, enriches and exposes APIs across multiple regions and partners. The platform is customer‑facing in functionality, exposing APIs and self‑service capabilities to external customers and developers through integrated portals and developer experiences.
You will own all aspects of the platform configuration, routing logic, business flows and plugins, while working closely with a central CAMARA‑based aggregation platform, Cloud SREs, Software teams, Security and product stakeholders. You’ll also be the technical guardian of the customer and developer portals, ensuring a smooth, intuitive and self‑service experience for API consumers and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of and oversee the global API distribution platform, including API routing, traffic management and business logic processing.
- Lead the design, configuration and evolution of distributed gateway instances across multiple cloud regions and environments, ensuring consistency, resilience and low latency.
- Define and manage routing rules, transformations and enrichment logic, ensuring APIs are exposed according to business and security requirements.
- Own all plugin development and integration, including custom logic, policy enforcement and cross‑cutting concerns such as rate limiting, logging and observability.
- Collaborate with Cloud SRE teams on deployment planning, configuration rollouts and operational readiness for the gateway platform.
- Work closely with Software and Telco architects to align API exposure patterns with upstream aggregation and operator platforms.
- Partner with Security to implement and enforce authentication, authorization and traffic policies across the gateway platform.
- Oversee the customer and developer portals that expose APIs, documentation and self‑service capabilities, collaborating with UX/UI designers and product teams to improve the user experience.
- Drive API schema governance, documentation consistency and onboarding flows to ensure developers and partners can quickly discover and consume APIs.
- Ensure observability, monitoring and alerting are fully integrated, working with operations teams to detect and resolve issues proactively.
- Contribute to the global roadmap for the distribution platform, including scalability improvements, performance tuning and multi‑region failover strategies.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps or platform engineering roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Node.js or Java.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP) and distributed systems principles.
- Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Helm or Ansible.
- Proven experience designing and operating API gateway platforms, including routing, plugins and business logic.
- Strong grasp of API security, authentication and authorization using standards such as OAuth2, OIDC and JWT.
- Familiarity with message brokers, observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) and logging frameworks.
- Experience working with customer and developer portals, including self‑service provisioning, API discovery and documentation.
- Excellent collaboration, communication and documentation skills to work effectively across cross‑functional and global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration for running distributed gateway workloads.
- Background in building or maintaining SDKs, developer tools or onboarding automation for API consumers.
- Exposure to AI or Model Context Protocol (MCP)-style integrations for context‑aware API usage and analytics.
- Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD, GitOps workflows and multi‑region deployment patterns.
- Experience designing UI/UX workflows or collaborating closely with UX/UI designers for admin and customer portals.

Summary
We’re looking for a motivated candidate to join our team and help with the migration to the OpenShift platform.
Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that align with engineering standards and support business needs.
- Design, implement, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters in on-premises (physical and virtualised) environments.
- Take ownership of systems engineering projects related to OpenShift infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications and optimize deployment and release
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using OpenShift and associated DevOps tools.
- Automate operational and deployment tasks using Ansible and other scripting tools.
- Perform patching and upgrades of OpenShift clusters, ArgoCD, GitLab CI, and related components in compliance with change-management procedures.
- Design, implement, and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and redundancy strategies.
- Participate in on-call / standby rotation to support critical platform and infrastructure services and ensure service continuity.
- Support daily operations including trend analysis, root cause analysis, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of platform issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement and enforce security best practices, including RBAC, vulnerability management, and compliance controls.
- Improve alerting, monitoring, and observability capabilities across OpenShift and related systems.
- When OpenShift-related workload is limited, perform general system administration activities, including Linux server administration, infrastructure maintenance, and support of data centre services as part of the infrastructure team.
- Produce and maintain up-to-date documentation, including architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and runbooks.
- Provide knowledge transfer, mentoring, and training to colleagues on OpenShift, GitLab, and related infrastructure technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience; or equivalent professional certifications (including Red Hat OpenShift training) with at least 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience deploying, operating, and maintaining OpenShift and GitLab CI
- Experience in deploying and maintaining OpenShift and GitLab CI platforms.
- Proficiency with Ansible and infrastructure automation practices.
- Solid experience in Linux system administration within enterprise or datacentre environments.
- Ability to document architectures, configurations, and standards, and to develop/maintain SOPs and training materials.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Operations principles would be a plus.
- Experience with ArgoCD, monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.), or disaster recovery tooling (optional but valuable) would be a plus.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be part of the CRM Ecosystem Technical Team of Proximus Global. You will work closely with Product, Tech, business stakeholders, and external partners to support the maintenance and development of the Proximus Global CRM systems. Your role includes translating business and functional requirements into scalable and secure technical designs, delivering clean, high-quality, and reusable solution (code and configuration) in line with Salesforce best practices.
Together with the Senior Salesforce developers, you will be responsible for analysing requirements, designing, building, and enhancing solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and/or contribute to the development of new features/enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated applications (e.g. DocuSign CLM, Marketo, ZoomInfo, .. )
