What You’ll Do
Tekmetric is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape and evolve our SaaS platform for auto repair shops. As part of a small, growing product organization, you will have meaningful influence on both the product and how it is built. You will lead experience strategy across key workflows, partner closely with Product and Engineering to drive discovery and solution direction, and take end-to-end ownership of design from problem framing through launch and iteration. Your work will directly impact how thousands of shops run their businesses every day.
You will be responsible for:
- Building end-to-end user experiences
- Aiding in discovery phases and helping define product requirements
- Creating designs, prototypes and artifacts to facilitate user testing and apply learnings to designs
- Guiding the design team to develop a shared understanding and alignment of solutions that best fit our customer needs.
- Assisting in onboarding new design team members, providing them with insights, best practices, and shadowing opportunities.
- Collaborating with product management, engineering and business partners to build and iterate on customer facing products
- Working with other product designers and front-end engineering team to manage a design system used within the consumer product ecosystem
- Collaborating with engineering to ensure visual quality and finesse of the product and user experience
- Regularly soliciting feedback from your peers, including other product designers, product managers and teammates in your product team
- Championing cohesion and consistency in UX design that unites a growing family of products/features
- Being a strategic leader with a vision in how to implement experiences that represent the most customer-centric intersection between design, business and technology.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products, with recent experience designing enterprise SaaS products
- A portfolio of work that showcases your process and a range of fidelity levels along with finished design work. (A portfolio is required to be considered)
- Experience collaborating closely with a cross functional technology team including product managers, engineers, QA and business leadership
- Proficiency in Figma, building components, maintaining design systems and prototyping
- An understanding of modern front-end frameworks and grasp of current development philosophies / methodologies for building responsive web applications
- Experience with Storybook and documenting guidelines for using and implementing components

What You’ll Do
The Senior Product Operations Manager will be the strategic and analytical operator to shape how product initiatives are brought to life and measured across Tekmetric.
Responsibilities
Insights & Analytics
- Conduct proactive, deep-dive analyses to uncover customer behavior trends, product usage patterns, friction points, and revenue-impact opportunities.
- Deliver strategic insights that inform prioritization, roadmap decisions, and OKRs.
- Build frameworks and reporting that show how product outcomes connect to business outcomes (retention, revenue, unit economics, customer satisfaction, etc.).
- Translate data into compelling narratives for executive reviews, board decks, and product planning cycles.
Enablement & Data Democratization
- Develop easy-to-use dashboards, templates, and toolkits that empower PMs and cross-functional teams to self-serve insights.
- Train stakeholders on how to interpret and leverage product data to make better decisions.
- Standardize reporting practices across product teams, ensuring consistency and clarity.
Data Infrastructure & Management
- Own and evolve the product analytics stack (e.g., Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Snowflake) to ensure metrics are reliable, accessible, and aligned with business goals.
- Partner with Engineering and Data teams to define and maintain event tracking, taxonomy standards, and data governance practices across the product.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency to support strategic product decisions.
- Build and maintain core product metrics, dashboards, and self-service data models.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8+ years in Product Operations, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Product Management, or related roles.
- Proven experience building or scaling a product analytics ecosystem.
- Track record of translating complex data into actionable recommendations for product and business leaders.
- Experience working in SaaS or platform products is strongly preferred.
- Strong command of SQL and proficiency with modern BI/analytics tools (Looker preferred).
- Deep understanding of data modeling, event analytics, KPIs, and instrumentation.
- Excellent communicator who can simplify complex information and influence without authority.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and capable of driving cross-functional alignment.
- Strategic thinker who can zoom out to see the big picture while also diving into the details.

What You’ll Do
The Sr Director of Product Management will be a thought leader who can drive strategy, innovation, and execution.We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a creative problem-solver, and a strategic thinker who can take a bold approach to product development
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision and multi-year strategy aligned to company goals.
- Identify new opportunities across customer segments, markets, and workflows—balancing innovation with strong business fundamentals.
- Lead annual and semi-annual product planning cycles, ensuring clear prioritization and resource alignment.
Leadership & Team Development
- Directly lead multiple Directors/Group PMs and indirectly oversee the entire PM organization.
- Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing PM team with a strong emphasis on accountability, customer insight, and product excellence.
- Establish consistent product management standards, operating rhythms, rituals, and evaluation frameworks across teams.
Execution & Delivery
- Ensure teams deliver high-quality product outcomes that measurably improve customer experience, operational efficiency, retention, and revenue.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design leadership to drive predictable delivery and continuous improvement in product development processes.
- Remove obstacles, provide clarity, and reinforce a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Customer & Market Insight
- Ability to deeply learn the auto repair domain with a focus on spending time in shops observing and subsequently building job maps for what is seen in a shop.
- Stay deeply connected to customer needs, market dynamics, competitive forces, and emerging technologies.
- Drive customer-centric discovery practices and ensure PM teams maintain a continuous understanding of user jobs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Translate insights into clear product bets, hypotheses, and strategic investments.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to align product strategy with GTM execution.
- Partner with Finance and RevOps on product forecasting, packaging, pricing, and KPI analytics.
- Ensure entire organization has clear visibility into product priorities and progress.
Business Impact & Measurement
- Define and own product KPIs that tie product outcomes to business outcomes (growth, retention, profitability).
- Drive accountability for measurable results—ensuring teams understand what success looks like and how to achieve it.
- Regularly present product strategy, roadmap, performance, and insights to executive leadership and the board.
