A Senior Account Executive (SAE) drives day-to-day development of PR activities within approved plans, building relationships and anticipating problems and opportunities for our clients. They come to the table with innovative and creative ideas that capture the attention of press while working fluidly within a team and independently across projects.
They are a steward of the news and culture with a proven track record securing press coverage, managing influencer programs and thrive in a fast, team-based agency culture. They are driven, detail-oriented, curious, and hungry to do great work, collaborating with other offices and disciplines as needed.
This is a full-time exempt position based in either the Boston or New York City office and reports to the Account Director. This position does not manage direct reports.

All hires must be located in or willing to relocate to New York City or Boston to work from our offices hybrid three days a week.
The annual salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), stock purchase, vacation, sick and personal days. Also, you will be eligible (approximately thirty days after you commence employment) to participate in all disability, life, travel insurance plans and programs, retirement plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans. Position Overview:
This is an embedded role that sits with our clients in the financial services space.
The BNY Project Manager is responsible for delivering operational excellence, commercial stewardship, and implementing consistent ways of working across our agency partners and internal stakeholders. This role is pivotal in optimizing how our teams deliver work for BNY, enabling best-in-class partnership, process innovation, and commercial success. The Project Manager will partner closely with the Agency PM and Operations Leads as well as BNY stakeholders, to find efficiency and consistency across BNY projects.
This role will be located at BNY’s office with in office attendance required 4 days a week.
Client services mindset and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across Integrated agency team and client partners will be pivotal.
Familiarity with Workfront, or other types of project management platform preferred.
Manage creative resourcing for current and future workload across brand and agency resources working in concert with agency project manager and BNY Creative and Production team. Large part of role will be managing workflow and resources to fit within retainer.
Agility and flexibility in re-prioritizing workstreams to allow for ad hoc projects.
Utilize unique position of being on client site to forge relationships with clients and get ahead of work flow, providing insights on current and future projects and identify any operational hurdles.
Focus on on-time project delivery and ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
