The Director, Global Product Marketing is a senior leader who serves as the connector between Product Development, Brand Marketing, Creative, Retail Marketing, and International teams. This role owns the global product narrative—from insight to innovation to launch—and plays a critical role in shaping Supergoop!’s long-term product and franchise strategy.
You are equal parts strategist and operator, deeply consumer-obsessed, and comfortable leading cross-functional teams through complexity. You bring clarity, rigor, and inspiration to how products come to life and how they show up in the world.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000/year + 12% bonus potential

The Director of Paid Media is responsible for defining and leading the Supergoop! end-to-end paid media strategy across all channels to drive brand equity, customer acquisition, and profitable revenue growth. This role reports to the CMO and owns channel strategy, investment decisions, agency management, performance optimization, internal reporting, ensuring paid media supports both brand-building and performance objectives in a premium beauty context.

Reporting to the CMO, the VP is a hands-on leader who will manage a team of Product and Brand Manager/Directors and drive strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver best-in-class brand strategy, product portfolio management, new product launches, category expansion, and campaign development. This leader will help define how Supergoop! shows up across product, category, campaigns, and channels, ensuring cohesion across brand storytelling, product, and omnichannel execution, while driving brand equity, market share, and retail sales growth.
They will partner closely with the CMO to define the mid and long-term brand strategy, and lead product portfolio strategy to maximize growth, relevance, and commercial impact, translating consumer insights, category dynamics, and competitive intelligence into meaningful strategy and action plans, ensuring the portfolio evolves ahead of consumer needs and competitive pressure.
