About the team

Stripe’s global demand campaigns team delivers marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement for our audiences, solutions, and products worldwide. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, our campaigns support Stripe’s larger business objectives and deliver impact. We build, deliver, monitor, and evolve campaign delivery across a broad suite of content, tactics, and channels. Using a broad suite of metrics, we continuously measure our work and refine our strategies to improve outreach, enhance the customer journey, and support revenue growth for the organization.

What you’ll do

In this role you’ll quarterback the integrated campaign strategies, plans, and playbooks focused on startups and AI companies. You’ll champion the needs of these audiences, holding deep market and audience insight and direct business accountability. You’ll lead a large, global, cross-functional workstream to build campaign strategies and content, then work with regional teams to craft local strategies and to deliver activations through integrated channels. You’ll capture performance against all of your efforts, analyze results, and share learnings to drive continuous improvement and impact. Ultimately, you’ll be accountable for acquisition, engagement, and pipeline growth.

• Excels in leading and driving large, complex, global campaigns or programs

• Works with and influences across cross-functional stakeholder groups, including senior sales, marketing, and product leaders

• Understands modern storytelling and content trends, and can translate those into thoughtful, resonant campaign strategies

Responsibilities

• Own the overall campaign strategy and plan for startups and AI companies, and drive the global, cross-functional workstream for activation and impact
• Partner with comms, product marketing, channel teams, regional and field marketing, partner marketing, sales teams, and more to define and implement campaigns.
• Work with regional marketing to ensure local relevance and advise on campaign delivery
• Use your multi-channel expertise to deliver campaigns via digital, web, email, online events, direct mail, social, events, sales plays, and more, all in partnership with functional and regional teams
• Partner with product marketing and content/editorial teams to develop compelling, relevant campaign materials and content sets, including whitepapers, guides, blogs, checklists, interactive content, promotions/offers, etc.
• Use and/or recommend leading tools to improve or accelerate the work of the campaigns function
• Act as an expert for your owned audience/solution to champion market trends, competitive context, and customer insights, ultimately shaping all industry campaign strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics with a focus on lead generation, pipeline, and target account penetration. Share learnings regularly to improve overall campaign efficacy.

Minimum requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B marketing experience that includes some mix of integrated campaigns, content marketing, regional/field marketing, and/or account-based marketing, with demonstrated increase in scope
• Expert-level knowledge of the startup and AI landscape
• Proven expertise in partnering with regional marketing and sales teams to build, grow, and develop pipeline
• Analytical acumen, with the ability to build, interpret, and adjust measurement tools and data
• Exceptional presentation, writing, and communication skills, especially to executive stakeholders
• Appetite and ability to work through ambiguity, evaluate and recommend solutions, and drive clarity across complex, global stakeholder groups
• Ability to build campaigns and programs from the ground, orchestrating many moving parts across disparate functions

Preferred qualifications

• Experience at a highly dynamic, fast-growing growth tech company
• Experience in the payments, financial technology, or adjacent industries or marketing FinTech solutions 
• Integrated campaigns experience focused on select audiences: enterprise and industries (retail, media/entertainment/gaming, financial services, insurance, travel/hospitality/leisure), SMB/mid-market, SaaS platforms, startups
• Product campaigns experience focused on payments, fraud, financial services, and/or embedded finance

Stripe’s Integrated Campaigns team drives global strategies to create awareness in the market, engage prospects and customers, and generate opportunities for our broad suite of solutions and products. We work in close partnership with Product Marketing, Regional and Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, Marketing Operations, Comms, channel teams, and more to build full funnel strategies and deliver campaigns to market.

We are looking for someone with proven experience leading campaign teams to craft comprehensive integrated marketing strategies for startups and AI companies. This is a key leadership role on Stripe’s Integrated Campaigns team, and will contribute directly to Stripe’s growth. This is an opportunity for someone who is deeply embedded in startup and AI company ecosystems. The ideal candidate doesn’t shy away from building through ambiguity, deeply understands how to measure and translate campaign impact, and stewards healthy and productive cross-functional teams. They are adept at thinking both strategically and tactically to get things done, and are comfortable leading and influencing through complex, global, cross-functional working groups.

What you’ll do

As the Head of Integrated Campaigns (Startups and AI), you will own our holistic demand plan focused on Startups and AI companies. You’ll lead a team to craft and deliver comprehensive campaigns. You will be responsible for the strategic leadership, operational execution, and management of the team.

• Lead cross-functional marketing and cross-functional teams towards a singular vision, uniting global stakeholders, strategies, channels, and tactics into a well-orchestrated demand machine.
• Craft holistic integrated campaign strategies, leading with user insights, market dynamics, and performance indicators.
• Own and represent key business and marketing KPIs, performance trends, and insights. Advocate for customer and market trends, and use them to advocate for campaign innovation and evolution.
• Set, measure, achieve, and exceed campaign targets, including reach, acquisition, pipeline, conversion, etc. 
• Partner with PMM and Content Marketing to deliver compelling and differentiated messaging, content, and offers to support inbound and outbound efforts.
• Partner with Regional Demand Generation and Field Marketing to deliver campaigns and tactics locally.
• Translate results and make recommendations to cross-functional partners to drive continuous improvement per message and channel.
• Maintain a high quality bar; ensure consistent messaging across all channels, aligning with the company’s brand voice and marketing objectives.

• Team leadership and development: Recruit, mentor, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to do the best work of their careers. 
• Execution and impact: Be accountable for delivering campaign strategies, in close partnership with regional and channel teams, to achieve and exceed campaign and pipeline targets.
• Cross-functional partnership: Partner with Comms, Product Marketing, Regional/Field/Partner Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, and more to manage the entire customer journey from initial awareness and technical discovery to successful adoption and expansion.

• 14+ years of experience in marketing and/or campaigns, with a significant focus on integrated campaign management in a B2B SaaS environment. 
• 8+ years of people leadership experience, with a proven track record of recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise with startup and AI audiences.
• AI-forward, with hands-on experience driving innovation, efficiency, and insights using AI tools and agentic solutions.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful global, multi-channel, campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Exceptional strategic planning and leadership skills, with the ability to translate business goals into successful marketing strategies.
• Proven history of leading successful, engaged, and inclusive marketing teams; ability to influence cross-functionally across complex global teams towards a common campaign rhythm, vision, and plan.
• Content savvy, with a finger on the pulse of market shifts, technology trends, and audience needs; ability to create unique, memorable, and academic demand content.
• Expert knowledge around a variety of marketing channels, including comms/PR, web, email, paid media, social media, content marketing, events, and community engagement.
• Deep understanding of how to drive alignment and joint execution between marketing and sales functions.
• Analytical and data-driven, with proven history owning marketing targets, measuring campaign impact, and influencing pipeline growth. Strong ability to interpret data, extract insights, and drive campaign improvements.
• Experience using account-based marketing (ABM) tactics to reach and engage decision makers in target accounts.
• Strong communication skills to all levels of the organization, including senior executives from Product, Marketing, and Sales.
