About the team

What you’ll do

In this role, you will create the connective tissue between Market Intelligence and other cross-functional teams at Stripe such as GTM, Product, and Sales Ops. You will own the design, management, and execution of a competitive program that is effective, well understood, and observable.

Responsibilities

• Effectively work cross-functionally to shape the program to meet internal user needs and design an engagement framework that intentionally maps all of the touchpoints and use-cases between our cross-functional partners and Market Intelligence at Stripe. Coordinate initiatives to align plans and timelines.
• Execute on the technology roadmap for Market Intelligence by working across Internal Systems, Data Science, and Sales Ops to automate our reporting, KPIs, and insights.

You'll translate complex financial infrastructure capabilities into compelling narratives and seller resources that resonate with our users and drive adoption. What you’ll do

As the GTM PMM for MaaS, you’ll need to quickly build a deep understanding of Stripe’s MaaS products, buyer personas, and differentiation. You will:

• Own the content development and GTM enablement strategy across the MaaS sold funnel — creating seller-ready resources (pitch decks, FAQs, value props, talking points) that translate product positioning into clear, differentiated customer value propositions for platforms, marketplaces, and enterprises.

Responsibilities

Content strategy

• Collaborate with our global campaign leads to map each content piece to the right audiences, regions, and lifecycle stages, and ensure we have channel-appropriate distribution plans for each piece.

Operations

• Be the expert on our Velocity (mid-market and SMB) users. Identify new growth opportunities using customer insights, sales data, and market trends, and translate this into actionable and repeatable GTM strategies and product roadmap recommendations.
• Partner closely with the regional demand gen, field, and partner marketing functions to design, execute, and optimize a scaled marketing engine focused on our tech-forward ICP in target industry verticals. We are looking for an experienced product marketer to own and evolve the pricing narrative across Stripe's full product portfolio. This is a new role with the opportunity to shape how Stripe talks about pricing to users and sellers alike. You will lead the launch of new pricing constructs, bundles, and packages — own the end-to-end GTM strategy, planning, and growth for these efforts across our product suite. You will also develop value selling playbooks, train and enable our sales teams to effectively communicate and defend Stripe's pricing in competitive deals. In this role, you will partner closely with Growth Product, Sales, Product Pricing, Design, and web teams to drive adoption and revenue across both self-serve and sales-assisted channels.

• Own the GTM strategy, plan, and growth for bundling and packaging efforts across Stripe's product portfolio, partnering with Growth Product, Product Pricing, Design, and web teams.

Who you are

Minimum requirements

• 5–8 years of prior product marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in B2B technology settings.
• Experience developing messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional GTM efforts, including working closely with product, sales, and growth teams.
• Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder launches from strategy through execution.
