About the role

As we expand our performance marketing team, we are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our user acquisition efforts across paid social channels for both web and app platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our digital marketing campaigns across channels, such as Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat and others. You will design and execute data-driven UA strategies, optimize performance funnels, and collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to deliver exceptional results in diverse international markets.

What you'll be doing

• Create and manage user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, and other paid social platforms for both web and app.
• Manage end-to-end campaign operations from setup and budgeting to optimization with a focus on hitting performance goals (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
• Manage the process of briefing creatives, particularly UGCs, both with internal and external creative production teams.
• Support the social media team with boosted posts.
• Continuously test and iterate on creatives, messaging, and audience strategies to maximize impact across social channels.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, BI, and product teams to launch and scale high-performing campaigns across diverse markets.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards, identifying actionable insights and growth opportunities.
• Run structured A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve funnel conversion at every stage.
• Stay on top of paid social trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with platform reps to gain access to betas, insights, and strategic support.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, with a strong focus on paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns across both web and app, driving measurable impact on key metrics like CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and social performance tools; familiarity with AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence in interpreting data, building experiments, and scaling what works.
• Solid understanding of the broader digital marketing mix, including creative strategy, funnel optimization, and cross-channel collaboration.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with close collaboration across creative, analytics, BI, and product teams.

About the role

As we scale our presence across African markets, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to serve as the strategic architect of our regional growth engine.

This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of performance marketing strategy across the continent — responsible for setting the vision, establishing frameworks, and driving growth across media channels with a focus on performance.

You will operate as a key voice in shaping marketing direction, partnering closely with executive and cross-functional leadership to align media investment with business priorities in one of the world's most dynamic and high-potential growth regions.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the regional growth strategy — define the overarching marketing vision for African markets, including market prioritisation, channel philosophy, investment allocation, and long-term scaling roadmap

• Shape brand presence at scale — collaborate on the strategic brand-building initiatives — including above-the-line, OOH, and large-scale media partnerships — ensuring a coherent identity across both performance and brand channels that drives long-term recognition and trust in key markets

• Set strategic direction for paid acquisition — provide senior oversight across all performance and media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, affiliates, mobile DSPs), ensuring coherent strategy and optimal portfolio management rather than day-to-day execution

In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality motion-led creative for our digital marketing channels and social platforms.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, performance, and brand teams to bring creative concepts to life, producing motion content that balances strong visual storytelling with performance-driven outcomes. The role sits under the guidance of the Marketing Design Lead and Senior Marketing and Motion Designers and is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through to delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Creating visually engaging motion content for digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, social media, and display advertising

• Collaborating with marketing, performance marketing, and brand teams to understand briefs and deliver creative aligned to business objectives

• Owning the motion design process from concept development through to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output and on-time completion

• Contributing ideas and creative thinking within the team to help push the quality and effectiveness of our motion output

• Staying up to date with motion design trends, industry best practices, and emerging tools or technologies
