The Global Philanthropy, Social Impact & Environment (PSIE) is seeking an Environmental Social Governance (ESG) Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. As an ESG Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our environmental and social initiatives, ensuring compliance with ESG goals, and communicating progress to internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do:

Administration

• Work closely with the EVP on day-to-day administration and calendar management for ESG tasks, meetings, and workstreams
• Support the creation and maintenance of team project boards and keep the team on task
• Manage ESG calendar and proactively liaise with internal/external stakeholders for scheduling
• Own ESG meeting agendas and minutes with prompt distribution, meticulous archive management, and task scheduling
• Conduct internal and external research on ESG topics to assist with stakeholder engagement, reporting, benchmarking, and best practices
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on ESG initiatives

• Develop branded ESG presentation templates and standardized slide formats (e.g., SMG, PSIE) to support consistent internal and external communication
• Create, update, and maintain ESG external decks used for stakeholder engagement, reporting, and executive briefings
• Translate complex ESG concepts into clear, visually compelling presentation materials for cross‑functional and leadership audiences

Operations

• Support the rollout of the Environmental Framework, including cross-departmental task force efforts
• Assist with ongoing environmental data collection efforts and maintain the highest level of integrity, accuracy, and transparency in GHG credit accounting practices
• Support ESG system implementation, data migration, and reporting
• Co-develop data collection training materials
• Conduct stakeholder outreach, including program info sessions and system training
• Assist with stakeholder initiatives such as employee-led ERGs, as well as label and regional OpCo target execution efforts
• Collaborate with broader Philanthropy department to support Sustainability related initiatives/ activations

• Organize, maintain, and quality‑check ESG documentation, including GEMS materials, program frameworks, and sustainability records
• Review strategic ESG documents (e.g., GM 2030 materials) and provide feedback to senior leadership and global teams to support alignment and decision‑making
• Record and maintain documentation of green initiatives, sustainability language, and program updates to support reporting and internal visibility
• Track progress across ESG workstreams and ensure accurate, up‑to‑date documentation for internal and external reporting cycles

Who you are:

• 2-5 Years of experience in corporate sustainability
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Environmental Policy Economics, Business, Accounting or Data Analytics preferred
• This role will handle sensitive and highly confidential information. Trustworthiness is essential with high emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships a major plus.

• Experience with ESG regulations (SEC Climate Disclosure, California's SB 253, SB 261, CSRD, SSBJ, Extended Producer Responsibility, etc.)
• Experience with ESG framework (GRI, SASB, TCFD, etc)
• Experience with ESG reporting for corporate entities, with a strong understanding of how ESG data is organized, reviewed, and communicated for external reportings, audits, or stakeholder inquiries
• Exposure to communications and engagement campaigns, such as coordinating internal communications, developing background materials for campaigns, assisting with stakeholder engagement strategies, or supporting cross-functional collaboration between. ESG communications and external partners.
• The role requires expertise in ESG regulations and carbon accounting, with responsibilities including client engagement, staff supervision, and project management

As the Financial Analyst, Royalty & Revenue at Ceremony of Roses you will support royalty reporting, revenue analysis, and financial forecasting across multiple revenue streams including Tour, Ecommerce, Retail, and Licensing. Success in this role means having strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders and leadership teams. This is an office-first role located in Culver City, CA and requires working 4 days in office per week. 

What you'll do:

Royalty Reporting & Revenue Analysis

• Prepare and maintain royalty statements across multiple revenue channels including Tour, Ecommerce, Retail, and Licensing.
• Review contracts and agreements to ensure accurate interpretation and reporting of royalty terms.
• Reconcile revenue data and validate inputs used in royalty calculations.
• Assist in identifying discrepancies and resolving reporting issues.

Financial Forecasting & Reporting

• Maintain and update monthly and quarterly forecasting models for multiple revenue streams.
• Analyze forecast performance by comparing actual results to projections and providing variance explanations.
• Prepare reporting materials and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership meetings.

Margin & Performance Analysis

• Perform margin analysis for product launches and merchandise drops across revenue channels.
• Identify trends, profitability drivers, and opportunities for operational improvements.
• Provide insights to support pricing, inventory, and product strategy decisions.

Accounting & Month-End Close

• Support month-end close activities including preparation of revenue and tour-related accruals.
• Assist in reconciling financial data between operational systems and the general ledger.
• Partner with the Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Ad Hoc Analysis & Projects

• Support leadership with financial modeling, presentations, and strategic analysis.
• Assist with process improvements and automation initiatives for reporting and forecasting workflows.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects related to revenue growth and financial optimization.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret contracts and financial agreements.
• Experience with royalty reporting or revenue-share business models.
• Experience working with Ecommerce, retail, or consumer product revenue streams.
• Familiarity with SAP systems or financial reporting tools.

As a “The Digital Business Associate Director – Regional Mexican” will be in charge of new releases and revenue generator projects development and execution for Regional Mexican repertoire in addition to the digital communication of the release. The main role of this position is to work with DSPs, develop and execute digital communication and marketing strategies on platforms and to achieve goals based on revenue generation and market share increase.

The high knowledge of Regional Mexican genre in addition to every commercial platform for music consumption, audio and video, is key to properly develop this role.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for managing digital commercial strategies focused on Regional Mexican Music.
• Responsible of development, execution and promotion of playlisting strategy on every platform, audio and video for Regional Mexican Music.
• Responsible for the proper exposure of Sony Music Latin Regional Mexican repertoire on every digital commercial platform.
• Responsible for the identification of opportunities to develop with Sony Music Latin Regional Mexican content on commercial platforms and to drive new initiatives to maximize sales on audio and video platforms.
• Coordination of digital marketing and communication campaigns execution to promote Sony Music Latin Regional Mexican content consumption on audio and video commercial platforms. Responsible of the analysis of the results of those campaigns.
• Responsible to develop and execute strategies to increase subscribers on Artist’s YouTube Official Channels and Spotify profiles.
• Responsible to develop, in collaboration with the Digital Business Strategy team, analysis and strategies to increase content and consumption on YouTube OACs.
• Collaborate with counterparts on different digital commercial strategies to meet content sales, revenue, and market share goals.
• Develop strong relationships across multiple areas within the company.
• Work closely with the head of digital business, digital business associate directors, other account managers, production team to ensure effective performance of projects.
• Identify issues and best practices, share insight, analysis and recommendations to improve our mutual businesses.
• Responsible for the consumption, revenue and market share reporting.
• Regularly communication the status of content campaigns, new initiatives, and other activities.
• Assist in solving operations, reporting, technology, and business issues to ensure efficiency.

Who you are:

• Conversational and written fluency in Spanish.
• 7+ years of prior experience in the Music Industry, digital sales specifically: music digital platform, digital music distribution, digital content sales, etc.
• Regional Mexican Music expert
• Proficient knowledge of Music Commercial platforms and best practices: Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Pandora, etc.
• Experience managing, programming, and optimizing music services.
• Strong knowledge of the Regional Mexican Music industry and related social media news, trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree required in related field(s).
