Lead Front Desk Coordinator

We’re looking for a passionate, hospitality-driven Lead Front Desk Coordinator to be the warm, welcoming face of Sollis Health. As the first point of contact for our members, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a memorable first impression, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to care, efficiency, and excellence.
You’ll not only guide patients through the intake and checkout process, you’ll also lead by example, supporting and mentoring our front desk team to uphold Sollis’ high standards of service and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day flow of the front desk, working closely with the Operations leadership team to ensure a smooth and efficient member experience.
- Train, coach, and guide front desk team members, monitoring TalkDesk activity, posting important updates in Teams chats, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Serve as an escalation point for on-site teams as needed, cover shifts or help to find coverage as requested, and answer questions from staff during weekend on-call shifts.
- Greet every member with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel cared for from check-in to check-out.
- Handle scheduling, intake, registration updates, document scanning, and daily reconciliation through our EMR system.
- Schedule follow-up visits for medical evaluations, vaccinations, and house calls as appropriate.
- Address member inquiries promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Answer the Sollis medical hotline as needed, directing members to the right team for medical care, billing, or other requests, always ensuring timely follow-up in Navigator.
- Keep the clinic pristine and inviting, ensuring all spaces meet Sollis’ high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Manage mail distribution, sign for packages, and handle outgoing correspondence as needed.
- Check supplies regularly, restock where necessary, and partner with the Inventory Coordinator to order replacements.
- Uphold Sollis Health’s service standards at every touchpoint—creating an environment that feels both caring and luxurious.
- Perform additional related responsibilities as assigned.
Experience
We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:
- Associates degree or greater required.
- 3-4 years of previous hospitality and/or medical office experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent administrative background, especially in managing customers on the phone.
- Ability to efficiently execute and improve established office routines and policies.

Front Desk Coordinator

Sollis Health is looking for a passionate, customer service and hospitality-driven, Front Desk Coordinator to play an important role in our member’s experience as the first person they interact with when they come into our concierge clinics. You will be a first impression ambassador creating a memorable experience as you take patients through our intake and checkout process.
Per Diem - 2 to 4 shifts a month. Shift times are: 7am-7pm
Responsibilities
- Greet members/patients in a warm and friendly manner as they enter our clinics ensuring they receive a high level of customer service.
- Manage patient accounts through our EMR to include scheduling appointments, patient intake, registration updates, scanning documents, and daily schedule reconciliation.
- Enter membership leads and patient demographics into Salesforce.
- Schedule follow-up appointments for medical evaluations, vaccinations and house calls as appropriate.
- Address any member questions or concerns promptly and escalate them as needed.
- Answer the Sollis medical hotline as needed and direct patients to the appropriate team members for their medical care, billing questions or other needs
- Keep the office space and the entire clinic clean and presentable meeting Sollis brand standards.
- Distribute mail and facilitating mailing items to members and signing for packages on occasion.
- Check inventory, ensuring rooms have adequate supplies, restocking where needed and partnering with the inventory coordinator to order more supplies as needed.
- Perform related duties as required.
Experience

- High School degree or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of previous hospitality and/or medical office experience strongly preferred
- Excellent administrative background, especially in managing customers on the phone

Emergency Medicine Physician - Concierge Clinic

In the role of a Physician you will provide concierge emergency medical care to Sollis Health patients in our clinics. This is a pivotal role as part of a growing organization providing seamless care to both adult and pediatric patients for cases that would usually be treated in a traditional emergency room or urgent care center.
Per Diem 7a-3p, 3p-11p - Palm Beach
Responsibilities
- Perform medical evaluations and formulating a differential diagnosis and treatment plan for urgent and emergent care within the scope of emergency medicine.
- Perform medical procedures that include but are not limited to obtaining IV access, phlebotomy, administering IV medications and IV fluids, and performing EKGs.
- Lead the medical management of the patients in our clinics by working closely with a team of PAs, nurses, and technicians to discuss your assessment.
- Assess and treat Covid-related cases which includes obtaining clinical samples to test for the virus, performing point of care testing , obtaining blood for antibody blood tests, providing general symptom management and recommendations.
- Document your clinical evaluation and treatment in the electronic health record, Athena Health.
- Work closely with the Medical Director and other clinical team members to ensure all policies are adhered to and that you deliver quality care in an innovative setting.
- Coordinate additional care with our Virtual Care, and house calls teams or with one of our Medical Partners.
- Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and their families by addressing their questions with patience and professionalism. Use empathetic, patient-centered communication to foster trust and comfort throughout their care journey.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related operational projects as needed.

Experience
We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:
- Medical Degree from an Accredited Medical School.
- Physician state license and ability to practice in FL.
- ABEM board certified or board eligible required.
- 2+ years experience as a physician in emergency departments required, urgent care a plus.
- DEA license required.
- Concierge, EMS/prehospital, experience a plus.
- Excellent clinical care and patient satisfaction in the emergency department and urgent care settings.
Skills: To be successful in this role, candidates will demonstrate the following:
- Strong clinical skills.
- Tech savvy with the ability to use and or learn our systems including but not limited to Slack, Athena, Salesforce and Humanity etc.
- Superb technical skills, including phlebotomy, peripheral IV placement, medication administration.

In the role of an Advanced Care Provider (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) you will provide concierge emergency medical care to Sollis Health patients in our clinics as well as conduct concierge medical at home visits to Sollis Health patients and treat them accordingly, with the supervision/oversight of an attending Physician. This is a pivotal role as part of a growing organization providing seamless care to both adult and pediatric patients for cases that would usually come into an emergency department or clinic.
Full Time - 11p-7a (Very low volume overnight shift! 0-3 pts per night) - 32 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Performing medical evaluations and formulating a differential diagnosis and treatment plan to occur in our facilities for urgent and emergent care within the scope of emergency medicine.
- Performing medical procedures that include obtaining IV access and administration of fluids and medications, splinting, suturing, phlebotomy, performing POC testing, and performing EKGs.
- Working closely with a team of Physicians, nurses, and technicians to support you in providing care.
- Assessing and treating Covid-related cases which includes obtaining clinical samples to test for the virus, performing point of care testing , obtaining blood for antibody blood tests, providing general symptom management and recommendations.

Assistant Medical Director - Emergency Medicine - Membership Based - Full Time

As an Assistant Medical Director of our Palm Beach at Sollis Health you will oversee our Flagship location. You will bring your talent and ambition for emergency medicine and provide clinical care and administrative leadership in our 24/7 concierge medical center where we treat both adult and pediatric patients for cases that would usually be treated either in an Urgent Care or a traditional emergency room.
You will be an advocate for Sollis members/patients, lead your team of clinicians and act as an exemplary leader to champion our mission and values. This role requires a strong blend of medical expertise, management skills, and the ability to promote an exciting new medical service to high-profile clientele and the medical community. This position reports to the South Florida, Regional Medical Director.
Full Time - 32 clinical hours/week + admin time
Responsibilities:
- Support the Medical Director as the local medical lead for your assigned clinic working both clinically and administratively.
- Ensure that the Medical Director’s initiatives and priorities are executed at your assigned location.
- Manage a team of Providers ensuring they provide the highest standards of care and a high-quality patient experience.
- Perform medical evaluations and formulate a differential diagnosis and treatment plan for urgent and emergent care within the scope of emergency medicine when working clinical shifts in our centers.
- Partner with the Medical Operations leadership team to ensure your Center is running efficiently and effectively and that you have a robust staffing model to ensure all shifts are covered and that our patients can access medical services 24/7.
- Lead by example through continued growth at Sollis, relaying any organizational updates and clinical or non-clinical policy changes to your team that is provided to you by the Medical Director.
- Ensure patient records are well kept and accurate in our EHR AnthenaHealth, monitoring that team members are adhering to policy.
- Collaborate with our Medical Partners, Aftercare, Care Navigation and house calls teams to effectuate appropriate referrals and transition of care.
- Collaborate with the Medical Operations team to ensure that our patients have timely access to imaging modalities as available in your clinic, as well as our full suite of lab tests, with rapid results availability.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture and Talent Acquisition teams to conduct annual performance reviews, address employee relations concerns, interview and hire quality Providers and championing corporate initiatives.
- Performing related duties as requested.
Experience

- Medical Degree from an Accredited University.
- Physician state license and ability to practice in Florida
- ABEM board certified or board eligible required.
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a physician in the emergency department post residency
- Formal previous leadership experience is not required, however traits that show a high potential for being a successful leader are a must.
- DEA license required.
