The Role
The position is part of a dedicated team of professionals responsible for all facets of the fund accounting, corporate finance, financial reporting and investor relations functions for two Business Development Companies (“BDCs”). Sixth Street Specialty Lending, Inc. (“SLX”) is a publicly traded BDC listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol TSLX and Sixth Street Lending Partners (“SSLP”) is a private BDC.

Candidates should ideally possess 2 to 5 years of accounting experience in a combination of public accounting, debt investments, fund administration, or another private equity or investment management firm. Familiarity with Advent Geveva, other general ledger systems, business development companies, bank loans, and fund administration are a plus.
Compensation
The base salary for this position is expected to be between $100,000-120,000. The base salary offered to the selected candidate will be commensurate with a candidate’s relevant experience and other qualifications for the position, as determined by Sixth Street in its sole discretion.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a competitive benefits package. Benefits offered currently include health, life, long-term and short-term disability insurance and a 401(k) plan. In addition, this role is eligible for paid public holidays (NYSE calendar), paid sick days pursuant to local laws, and additional reasonable time off subject to manager approval.
If a job offer is extended for a location other than New York, the salary range may differ based on the location.

The Role
As an Operations Associate, you will be a part of the Sixth Street Global Operations Team that is responsible for investment execution, counterparty management, pipeline and other cash management functions, project management, and reporting and investment performance/analysis deliverables. The Role
Sixth Street is looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our Cloud Infrastructure Team in Dallas, TX. We have an established cloud environment spanning Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure. We are responsible for building, maintaining and expanding the foundational cloud infrastructure Sixth Street runs on. The Role

The Role
This is a full-time role based in Dallas, Texas. As a Management Company Accounting Reporting Manager, you will be a part of the Management Company Accounting Team and serve as the end-to-end owner of the accounting and reporting functions for the Sixth Street Management Companies. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for non-compensation expense analysis, business unit reporting and other management and financial accounting functions.
