Businesses are looking to add intelligence to automation technology, where it can start to think like people think and analyze the way people analyze.

As a Technology Consulting Analyst with SimplifyNext, you would focus on the next generation of automation and reshape the future of work at the confluence of RPA, artificial intelligence and analytics. You would work on the leading RPA platforms, integrate them with AI solutions for computer vision and natural language processing, and use analytics to gain insights on both the processes and robots themselves.

You’ll be part of a team delivering end-to-end technology consulting and implementation projects on the above-mentioned areas. Your responsibilities would include:

• Communicate with various subject matter experts (SME) of our clients' businesses to understand and analyze business problems and pain points.
• Gather and define technical, operational and user requirements, assisting with the conceptual of architecture and technical solutions design that are efficient, resilient, scalable, secure and reusable.
• Develop and implement solutions on various technology platforms in accordance to SimplifyNext's best practices and code standards.
• Identify or support the creation of all appropriate use cases/process scenarios and their expected outcomes that will be used during the delivery lifecycle for the process.
• Conduct user accepting testing and rollout phase with SME from the businesses to ensure that solution has fulfilled the requirements.
• Provide support to the businesses in the post-implementation phase.

Qualifications

• Good Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Engineering
• Excellent communications and inter-personal skills, and passion to deliver quality work

Work you'll do:

As a Consultant at SimplifyNext, you’ll play a key role in delivering automation-led digital transformation. You’ll work closely with clients to design, develop, and implement intelligent solutions using leading technologies in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), and analytics.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute across the full project lifecycle—from discovery to deployment—and guide junior team members along the way. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Designing and developing automations using platforms such as ServiceNow, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Outsystems, or similar
• Integrating AI capabilities like computer vision or natural language processing where relevant
• Leading workstreams and supporting project management activities
• Conducting testing, user training, and supporting rollout activities
• Maintaining and enhancing existing solutions, ensuring long-term value for the client
• Mentoring junior team members and sharing technical know-how

What You’ll Bring:

• A Bachelor's Degree and 2–3 years of experience in a consulting or technology environment
• Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, or similar object-oriented languages
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A logical mindset and creative problem-solving abilities
• Experience leading a small project or a workstream is an advantage
