As the IT Helpdesk Technician III on the Data Systems team, you will be responsible for day-to-day technical support at our Moses Lake manufacturing facility. You will manage
incoming tickets and support a wide range of technical needs across the site, serving a diverse user base — from production operators on the floor to engineering, finance, and executive leadership.

You set the tone for how Sila employees experience IT. Every interaction you have is expected to reflect the standards of a mature, service-oriented function: responsive, professional, and thorough. Responsibilities and Duties  

Support & Ticket Management

• Own the full ticket lifecycle across the Moses Lake site — intake, diagnosis, resolution, and follow-up — logging each interaction accurately, ensuring issues are closed to the satisfaction of the requester not just the system, and capturing resolutions in clear, reusable documentation for the team
• Deliver white-glove troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and mobile (iOS/Android) platforms, peripheral devices such as printers and scanners, and conference room and audio/visual technology including Google Meet rooms
• Engage with professionalism and empathy at every step, with heightened care for high-visibility and time-sensitive issues, and retain ownership of the requester relationship through escalation and resolution
• Identify trends across recurring tickets, monitor system alerts and notifications, and surface opportunities to improve tooling, documentation, or processes — turning repeat issues into lasting fixes

Endpoint Management

• Configure, deploy, and maintain company-owned endpoints using Jamf (macOS) and Microsoft Intune / SCCM (Windows), including specialized workstations connected to lab and production-floor equipment running analytical or instrument software
• Enforce corporate security and compliance standards through automated patching, software distribution, and policy management, and perform periodic inspection of deployed systems to catch issues before they reach end users
• Manage hardware lifecycle activities including provisioning, asset tagging, decommissioning, inventory accuracy, and in-person support for workstation moves, equipment swaps, and new user setups across all facility areas — with attention to the end-user handoff at every stage

End-User Systems & Enablement

• Manage user accounts and access across Active Directory, Entra ID, and Okta — handling provisioning, group and role assignments, and routine policy tasks tied to onboarding, IT orientation for new employees, and day-to-day support
• Support and troubleshoot Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including account setup, license assignment, mail flow, calendaring, sharing permissions, and application-level issues
• Develop and maintain procedural documentation and how-to guides across supported systems and workflows, contributing to a shared knowledge base that scales with the team

Knowledge and Skill Requirements 

• 5+ years in a high-volume technical support role as the primary point of contact for enterprise users, with a service-oriented approach to a diverse user population including executive stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS, with hands-on administrative experience across Jamf, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
• Working knowledge of conference room and audio/visual technology, including troubleshooting in-room A/V systems and collaboration platforms such as Google Meet
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust tone and depth for technical and non-technical audiences and to communicate clearly under pressure
• Demonstrated ownership, follow-through, and discretion with sensitive matters, paired with the judgment to escalate appropriately and the rigor to document the work

This role is based inside an active manufacturing facility. You will routinely provide on-site support in production zones and are expected to model exemplary safety behavior at all times.

• Maintain consistent and proper use of all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hard hats, and steel-toed boots
• Complete and remain current on all assigned site safety training
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and ladders to service IT equipment at height or within production zones (comprehensive training provided)

The Project Construction Manager will lead the execution and build phase of major and minor capital projects at our industrial site. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards. You will serve as a key leader on-site, guiding contractors and collaborating with internal teams to expand and maintain our manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities and Duties  

• Site Leadership: Oversee site operations on the construction site, ensuring all activities meet safety, schedule, quality, and budgetary requirements. Provide leadership and accountability to all the support functions for capital project execution operations. 
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all personnel—including external contractors—comply with company, local, and federal safety and regulatory requirements.
• Budget & Schedule Management: Manage construction activities to authorized budgets and change orders while driving the timely completion of all tasks.
• Contractor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for construction contractors; provide clear direction on priorities, schedules, and coordination to ensure objectives are met.

• Project Administration: Support Request for Information (RFI) processes, change order approvals, scope of work documentation, and comprehensive record-keeping.
• Communication: Facilitate construction standups and report project status and key issues to senior management and project collaborators.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements 

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project or construction management, with a strong focus on industrial/process industry ground-up construction.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or Construction Management is highly preferred or commensurate field experience. 
• Certification: PMP certification is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Expert in project planning, risk management, contract management, and project execution.
• Soft Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization and manage external subcontractors effectively.
• Specialized Experience: Prior experience with the full project lifecycle and Process Safety Management (PSM) covered processes is a significant advantage

Programs should be built with and for those that use them by partnering with key stakeholders to understand occupational health and safety risks and by integrating concepts that empower and sustain safe work across all levels of the organization. 
• Support air and water permitting activities and ensure compliance with local and federal requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to department managers and employees on EHS&S matters, including technical issues, training requirements and need, and incidents.
• Interface with our property management company to ensure Sila’s operations and needs are aligned with site requirements. 
• Support the site in the development, improvement, and management of EHS&S Management Systems to better the site's safety and environmental performance. Interact and collaborate closely with operational teams to share best practices and allow for program alignment.

This role blends advanced mechanical design, hands-on troubleshooting, fabrication expertise, and equipment reliability engineering.

The ideal candidate brings strong CAD and drafting capabilities, practical industrial experience, and a deep commitment to safety and functional design. You will work both independently and cross-functionally to solve complex operational challenges, develop practical engineering solutions, and support R&D and production initiatives. Responsibilities and Duties  

• Provide direct, hands-on mechanical engineering support to troubleshoot and resolve daily production issues.

You are a self-starter, experienced, capable Controls and Electrical Engineer with an aptitude for learning new things and taking complex projects across the finish line. As the main electrical engineer for our industrial manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for deploying, modifying, and improving industrial electrical power systems and power equipment. You will also be a key member of the Controls team, contributing to machine control software, instrumentation, and programming. You have excellent communication skills to harmoniously collaborate with a wide range of skill sets: from scientists to technicians during the deploy stage, to out-of-house service providers across big, complicated interfaces during the build stage.

Responsibilities and Duties  

• Work collaboratively with other teams to design and improve electrical power and communication systems for the production units across the entire facility.
• Serve as the primary electrical engineering resource for the facility, specializing in electrical power distribution and industrial safety requirements.
• Maintain, improve and deploy new machine control code, instrumentation, and electrical subsystems for production units.
• Contribute to and improve internally-developed software libraries that are used across the company, from research to production-scale units.
