About the role:

Qualifications we are looking for: 

• Industry experience supporting enterprise products for data analytics.
• Computer Science fundamentals. Strong domain expertise in databases and business intelligence
• SQL proficiency - Very good grasp on JOINs, Partitions, Window Functions, Aggregations, CTEs, Sub-queries etc. 
• SQL query performance troubleshooting and plan generation understanding 
• Proficient in data modeling concepts
• Ability to properly chart data into logical visualizations
• A proven track record of building trust with customers and bringing issues to resolution quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A strong desire to build scalable processes for issue resolution (documenting common patterns for issue resolution, building tooling for diagnosing issues etc)

Our EMEA Alliances organization is seeking a Sr. Field Alliance Manager to join our rapidly growing Partner team. In this role, you will tactically execute Sales GTM initiatives, strategies, and partner programs to engage our strategic technology partners. This role is instrumental to the growth of our partnerships in EMEA.

What you will be doing:

• Evangelize, enable, and execute go-to-market strategies with technology partners.
• Build and socialize joint solutions with the Sigma GTM Team and technology partners.
• Drive and nurture new programs and opportunities through our sales team to deepen our partnership with strategic technology partners, resulting in increased referrals and co-sells.
• Collaborate with the Sigma sales and marketing team to support events that enable and bolster our co-sell efforts.
• Host Sigma enablements and partner appreciation events to identify and expedite co-sell opportunities across the EMEA region
• Co-own support materials for various programs and initiatives with technology partners to enhance the top-of-funnel pipeline.
• Regularly meet with sales and sales leadership.
• Track, measure, and report on agreed KPIs using Sigma for Sales and Partner management.
• Monitor the joint EMEA Slack channels with technology partners to encourage rep to rep collaboration.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• 4–7 years of experience in sales or partnerships
• Possess Sales DNA and understand the sales mentality to align with the needs of the Sales organization.

The base salary for this position is  annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. This role is eligible for a variable pay (based on goal achievement), stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
