As a Field Marketing Manager, you will drive regional growth across EEUR by owning end-to-end campaigns and partner activations that generate pipeline. You’ll lead high-impact events, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives, working closely with sales to deliver measurable results. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll track performance, optimize spend, and continuously improve execution.

What will you do ?

Execute field and partner marketing programs that support regional sales priorities and pipeline goals
Own end-to-end delivery of campaigns and activities (events, webinars, partner activations, digital follow-ups), from briefing through to
execution and reporting
Work closely with regional sales teams to align marketing activity to target accounts, segments and sales motions
Support partner-led and partner-integrated campaigns, including co- marketing activities, MDF execution and joint events
Manage timelines, logistics, vendors and budgets for assigned programs,ensuring high quality and on-time delivery
Co-ordinate campaign follow-up activity to ensure leads are routed correctly and activities progress prospects through the funnel
Track and report on program performance including engagement, leadprogression and pipeline contribution. Maintain clear documentation of plans, execution status, and results to support regional and partner visibility
Collaborate with global marketing teams to localise campaigns and

What skills, experience and knowledge get our attention

Experience in field marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation, ideally within B2B (technology or SaaS) and the cybersecurity industry
Proven ability to execute marketing programs end-to-end, not just support them
Comfortable working with sales teams and partner, with a strong sense of commercial awareness
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously
Experience supporting events (physical and virtual), partner campaigns, or account based initiatives
Confidence working with marketing systems and tools (e.g. SFDC, Marketo, Asana, DemandBase etc)
Ability to track results and tell a clear story about what worked, what didn’t and why
Proactive, detail orientated, and comfortable taking ownership within a fast-moving environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work cross-functionally
Fluency in English and Polish

What Are We Looking For?

As a Channel Business Manager within the EEUR region you will build strategic partnerships with key partners, driving revenue and market growth. By leading enablement and supporting demand generation, you’ll empower partners to independently represent our cybersecurity solutions. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll use your expertise to turn strategy into measurable results.

What will you do?

Implement and manage an effective channel strategy
Increase Partner Generated revenues and Partner Initiated Deals
Manage existing and grow new national focus partners that will allow better market and vertical sales and support coverage
Execute account mapping, meetings and demand generation activities with other SentinelOne staff and partners to qualify target accounts and opportunities that will lead to Partner Initiated Deals and POCs
Generate monthly, quarterly and yearly planning of sales activities
Lead Enablement sessions to train our focus partners to ensure we have self-sufficient partners
Build up strong relationships with relevant decision makers and key persons within partners
Support marketing plans and coordination of marketing activities

What skills will you bring?

8+ years of high-tech channel sales experience in an enterprise sales environment
Proven track-record of driving continued partner growth and revenue
Knowledge of and network within VAR Channels
Understands business models of channel partners and knows how to build in our solutions and offerings into Partner offerings
Strong working knowledge of the cyber security or similar space
Metrics driven and accountable - takes ownership and responsibility
Can work in a fast paced, start-up environment
Great relation and reputation with key partners in assigned region
Able to present in front of a bigger audience and to host events with and for partners and end-customers
Able to identify and initiate deals with partners
Able to work on deals and close them with a partner in close sync with SentinelOne Account Teams
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Fluent English language skills required
