As a Client Success Manager at SeatGeek, you’ll be an essential partner to our sports and entertainment clients—collaborating to unlock value, grow their business, and drive revenue for them and SeatGeek. You’ll build the foundations for long-term, high-impact relationships by deeply understanding your clients’ objectives and guiding them to strategic outcomes through data, insights, and industry expertise.
This is a high-growth opportunity for someone eager to master the craft of client success while gaining exposure to commercial strategy, product adoption, and value realization across some of the most innovative players in sports and entertainment.
The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 USD plus bonus based on performance. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.

As the Senior Manager, Portfolio Management: SeatGeekIQ, you’ll play a critical role in helping expand our platform of pricing, trading, and investments offerings into the EMEA region. You’ll partner with some incredible clients such as Liverpool and Manchester City. You’ll also lead execution of our inventory management portfolio in the EMEA region. You’ll be responsible for maximizing the value of tickets managed and the returns on any of the decisions made.
This is a client facing role that will help drive incremental business growth by winning partnerships and own relationships from sales pitches to term sheets to executive presentations. This role has high independence and ownership with the opportunity to expand our business into a new region. If successful, this role would expect to hire and manage a team in the future.
You’ll report directly to the Head of SeatGeekIQ. You will work closely with the other teams within Investments - Trading, Operations, Quantitative Research, etc.- as well as with teams across the SeatGeek business, such as Client Success, Legal, Account Management, Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance and Accounting.
