Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Mail Deliverability team to take full control of our mail stack and create specialized monitoring tools.
Your mission will be to manage mail deliverability for our TEM and Mailbox products in order to ensure our customers can use our mail solutions with an excellent reputation and zero deliverability issues.

You will be part of a team of 5 people focused on production. This is a newly created role within a growing team currently composed of two Specialist and two Advanced profiles, where you will lead the charge on project creation and technical oversight of the mail stack.
Tasks
Manage and optimize mail deliverability for TEM and Mailbox products
Design and build a custom monitoring stack for mail performance and reputation
Take full ownership of the mail stack to ensure high-quality service
Monitor and combat spam to protect the platform's reputation
Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks affecting mail delivery
Develop internal tools to automate deliverability tracking
Collaborate with production teams to maintain a robust infrastructure
Stay updated on global mail security and deliverability standards
HARDSKILLS:
Strong expertise in Mail Deliverability and anti-spam mechanisms
Deep understanding of mail protocols and authentication (DMARC, RUA/RUF, SPF, DKIM)
Experience building or managing Mail monitoring tools
Solid background in Mail Stack management
Proven experience in production environments

Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Non-Relational Database team as a Software Engineer to replace a departing member and maintain our momentum on scaling our high-demand products.
Your mission will be to ensure a robust, scalable, and high-performance experience for our customers across new sovereign regions.

You will be part of a team of 5 people, including a Manager, a Product Manager, and 3 Developers. This young team was born from the strategic split of the Database department to focus exclusively on non-relational databases. You will work on customer-facing products with modern stacks and no heavy legacy, participating in a strong dynamic of camaraderie and technical excellence.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Contribute to the consolidation and development of major database products in Scaleway's product ecosystem : Redis and MongoDB.
Maintain the production to high standards of quality for performance, stability and resilience
Deploy products to new geographical regions as part of Scaleway's global expansion
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to teammates
Contribute to internal documentation and the development of technical best practices
Participate in Agile rituals (two-week sprints) and team meetings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, and Sales
HARD SKILLS:
Strong expertise in Kubernetes administration and cluster management
Experience with deployment tools like Helm, ArgoCD, and Flux
Proficiency in GoLang development preferred, but otherwise demonstrated experience in a programming language
Familiarity with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
Familiarity with Redis, MongoDB, or other NoSQL technologies

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Tasks
Build, standardize, and enhance the reliability of the platform infrastructure
Onboard product teams and facilitate the deployment of product stacks in new regions
Implement and manage observability tools (Grafana, Thanos, Alertmanager)
Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Gitops processes
Ensure configuration consistency through tools like Ansible or Salt
Manage operational maintenance (MCO) and handle production incidents
Define and monitor reliability metrics such as SLAs and SLOs
Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation
Manage security components and secrets (e.g., HashiCorp Vault)
Participate in a weekly on-call rotation (approximately one week per month)
ABOUT YOU
HARDSKILLS:
Senior-level experience in Linux system administration and infrastructure management
Proficiency with Kubernetes (K8S) and Gitops workflows (Argocd, Fluxcd)

Your mission will be to lead and develop the software components and architecture for our Marketplace platform in order to deliver a scalable, diverse, and high-performance product offering to all Scaleway users.

You will be part of a team of initially 1 person (yourself), with the objective to recruit and grow the team to approximately 5 to 10 engineers. As this is a new initiative, you will work closely with Product Management (Marie Debard) and Engineering leadership to define the technical vision.
Tasks
Design and develop the Marketplace platform architecture from scratch
Implement backend services primarily using Go and SQL
Create and manage the lifecycle of artifacts, including OS and container images
Develop and maintain robust APIs to power Marketplace features

Your mission will be to integrate, customize, build, and test open-source firmware solutions embedded in the hardware equipment managed by Scaleway in order to ensure the sovereignty, security, and high performance of our data center infrastructure.

You will be part of a team of 6 people. The team is responsible for the hardware lifecycle and is currently launching a major "from scratch" initiative to implement Open Firmware across our server fleet, working closely with both hardware specialists and engineering departments.
Integrate and customize open-source firmware solutions (OpenBMC, Coreboot) for our server infrastructure
Develop and maintain embedded software components using Python and C/C++
Build and manage custom Linux distributions for embedded systems using Yocto
Implement and optimize hardware management APIs such as Redfish and IPMI
Design and execute automated test suites for firmware validation
Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines via Git for firmware builds and deployments
Collaborate with diverse technical profiles, including Hardware specialists, SREs, and developers
Contribute directly to Scaleway’s global Open Hardware strategy
Monitor and address cybersecurity vulnerabilities specifically related to embedded systems
Participate in Agile ceremonies to drive project transparency and efficiency
💻 HARDSKILLS
3 to 5 years of experience in Embedded Systems or Firmware development
Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and the Yocto Project
Hands-on experience with OpenBMC, UEFI (Coreboot), and hardware architectures (x86, ARM, or RISC-V)
Solid understanding of hardware management protocols (Redfish, IPMI) and low-level communication
