POSITION SUMMARY
As a Life Enrichment Coordinator (LEC), you will plan and lead a variety of person-centered programs designed to enhance the emotional, social, and recreational well-being of residents in assisted living and memory care settings. You will foster a positive and engaging environment through group, one-on-one, and self-directed activities while promoting inclusion, creativity, and meaningful resident connection. This role supports interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation compliance, and the overall quality of life across campus.

This role is an on-call role working as needed.
What You’ll Do as a Life Enrichment Coordinator:
As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and leading meaningful programs that enhance residents' quality of life. Through group, one-on-one, and self-directed activities, you will promote engagement, independence, and emotional well-being. You will also complete all required documentation and collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic and resident-centered approach.
Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 hourly
