We’re looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner based in Melbourne to partner globally with our Technology (Product and Engineering), Finance, Data/AI and Corporate functions across ROLLER.
You will be the most senior P&C Business Partner in APAC, reporting directly to the Chief Performance Officer, with executive-level relationships and high autonomy. Security at ROLLER is entering a critical phase of growth! As we scale globally, handle payments, and manage sensitive customer data, the need for strong, scalable security engineering becomes increasingly important. As a Platform Tech Lead at ROLLER, you will play a key role in guiding engineers within our Platform squad, partnering closely with the Product Manager and Designer as part of the Product Trio to deliver high-quality, scalable platform capabilities that enable engineers across the company.

As an SMB Account Executive at ROLLER, you will play a critical role in growing our market share by acquiring and expanding relationships with small and mid-sized businesses in the leisure and attractions industry. You’ll partner with a BDR to generate pipeline, qualify leads, and drive the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
