Overview
At Rithum the Database Reliability Engineering (DBRE) team is responsible for the availability, reliability, and observability of all database systems. We rely heavily on automation to reduce manual work and are always looking for ways to improve our processes. We currently Manage and optimize a large-scale SQL Server environment spanning hundreds of instances across hybrid infrastructure (onprem VMware and AWS), as well as installations of various relational and NoSQL database platforms including MongoDB, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Postgres, and Redis. These database systems touch all aspects of the business. On the DBRE team, we have a strong culture of curiosity, honesty, and a love of collaboration and constant learning.

Overview
As a Key Account Executive, you are a highly strategic Hunter on our Core Sales team for our Brands products. responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding Rithum’s presence across global commerce ecosystems.
This role is designed for a disciplined, high-energy sales professional who thrives on prospecting, creating pipeline, and winning new logos. The successful candidate will build meaningful relationships with Core Sales (mid-market & enterprise) brands and retailers while positioning Rithum as the operational backbone enabling scalable marketplace and commerce growth.

For this position, the expected OTE range is: $200,000-$275,000 per year.
This range represents a base salary plus sales incentive for the role across all U.S. locations and is determined based on market data, internal equity, and experience.
Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, skills, and relevant experience. In addition to base salary and sales incentive, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Overview
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will deliver strategic technical guidance and executional support to enterprise and strategic clients throughout their journey with Rithum. You will serve as the technical complement to the Client Success Manager (CSM), working in close partnership to align technical solutions to business objectives, ensure seamless channel implementation, and drive long-term success through platform optimization and scalable technical strategies. This role requires strong project management capabilities, deep product knowledge, and the ability to build trust with both client and internal technical stakeholders.

For this position, the expected base pay range is: $60,000-$100,000 per year.
This range represents the base pay for the role across all U.S. locations and is determined based on market data, internal equity, and experience. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, skills, and relevant experience.In addition to base pay, we offer a discretionary bonus for non-sales roles, a comprehensive benefits package, and, where applicable, sales incentives.
For this position, the expected discretionary bonus is 10% of the annual base salary.
