Overview
At Rithum the Database Reliability Engineering (DBRE) team is responsible for the availability, reliability, and observability of all database systems. We rely heavily on automation to reduce manual work and are always looking for ways to improve our processes. We currently Manage and optimize a large-scale SQL Server environment spanning hundreds of instances across hybrid infrastructure (onprem VMware and AWS), as well as installations of various relational and NoSQL database platforms including MongoDB, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Postgres, and Redis. These database systems touch all aspects of the business. On the DBRE team, we have a strong culture of curiosity, honesty, and a love of collaboration and constant learning.
As a Senior Database Reliability Engineer, you are expected to embody these values and help foster them among your fellow team members. You are responsible for managing a variety of database systems and designing and leading your own projects with a highly technical approach.

For this position, the expected base pay range is: $90,000-$140,000 per year.
This range represents the base pay for the role across all U.S. locations and is determined based on market data, internal equity, and experience. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, skills, and relevant experience.In addition to base pay, we offer a discretionary bonus for non-sales roles, a comprehensive benefits package, and, where applicable, sales incentives.
For this position, the expected discretionary bonus is 10% of the annual base salary.

Overview
The Cloud Engineering team in the Platform Engineering organization operates to build a highly available, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
As an Infrastructure Engineer on this team, you ensure that our cloud infrastructure platform is continuously improved, secure, and scaled to meet our clients' needs. Your responsibilities include creating, monitoring, and automating cloud infrastructure and pipelines, collaborating with engineering teams, security and other platform teams to deliver highly reliable and secure offerings, and providing support for existing solutions and consulting on how to automate their workloads on cloud infrastructure. From code, to compile, to test, to deployment, you are responsible for the software lifecycle beyond just writing code. In this role, you support and operate a physical datacenter located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
