Data Analyst - Tenant Services
Reporting to: Head of Referencing
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne (Hybrid working 2 days per week in the office)

Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for optimising business operations? Join Rightmove’s Rental Services team as our Rental Services Data Analyst, where you’ll play a crucial role in driving efficiency, forecasting resources, and enhancing performance through data insights. Working cross-functionally, you’ll help shape operational strategies that align with our wider business goals, ensuring we continue to lead the market in rental services. You will speak directly to landlords to offer the opportunity to buy insurance products that are valuable in the world of rentals. You will be instrumental in providing an outstanding customer experience.
You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team, who work together to reach their targets, help each other in developing their skills and celebrating their wins as team. You’ll work closely with other Telesales Executives, and report into the Sales Manager in the team, building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
