Position Overview:
This role is an entry-level position.
The Safety Coordinator serves as a designated safety representative of the assigned dream fulfillment center (DFC), coordinating and implementing all areas of the Rent the Runway’s (RTR) Safety Program as directed by the Sr. Manager of EHS. You will influence behavior and inspire commitment on the part of all personnel in complying with RTR’s safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment. This will include conducting training and coaching associates on observed work habits in support of this effort. About the Job:
Maintain, install, and repair facility equipment and automation equipment within the Dream Fulfillment Center (DFC), with no oversight for more complex work assignments and oversee junior technicians complex work assignments.
What You’ll Do:

Diagnose and perform repairs/preventive maintenance on building equipment such as air compressors, heating/ventilation, and plumbing/electrical.
