About The Role
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to deliver chips, advanced modules, and licensable IP from design handoff through mass production. This role combines semiconductor process and packaging expertise with cross-functional execution, vendor management, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate functions in a hybrid role for both customer and internal facing. Customer facing is a blend of product, application, and product management to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership. Internally, bringing advancements in semiconductor, packaging, testing, and manufacturing while guiding engineering decisions together with product architecture.
What You Will Do
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and articulate, with the technical credibility to partner directly with customer engineering teams working on the most advanced xPU SoCs in the industry. This role offers significant opportunity for impact, ownership, and growth, contributing directly to both customer product success and PowerLattice’s commercial momentum.
- Serve as the primary technical and strategic interface for key AI, Data Center and server customers, understanding their architecture roadmaps, KPIs, and deployment models. Making sure the internal engineering team is aligned with the customer’s expectations.
- Drive end-to-end product execution for chips, advanced 2.5D/3D modules, and licensable IP, ensuring on-time, on-spec, and on-cost delivery.
- Act as the central point of coordination across design, validation, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure cross-functional alignment and execution against customer milestones.
- Lead development of reusable IP blocks for internal and external licensing.
- Executing integration of advanced process nodes and packaging techniques (chiplets, 3D).
- Evaluate, qualify, and manage vendors alongside our internal subject matter experts; negotiate pricing and creative financial agreements to optimize cost and risk.
- Distill complex technical issues into clear, simple terms and present solution paths with trade-offs.
What You Bring
- BSEE required; MSEE or PhD preferred.
- 8+ years in semiconductor product development with high-volume delivery of chips, modules, and IP.
- Hybrid Skillset: Demonstrated ability to operate across product engineering, application engineering, and product management disciplines
- Experience taking devices through qualification, i.e. Automotive standards (AEC-Q100, ISO 26262).
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor process technology, advanced packaging, and DFM/DFT flows.
- Familiarity with phase-gate and structured project management processes.
- Demonstrated ability to reduce overall product cost through strategic supplier negotiations, yield improvements on ATE, and test time optimization.
- Proven experience managing and qualifying vendors while building strategic partnerships.
- Ability to simplify complex technical issues and communicate effectively with executives, design leads, and vendors.
- Track record of delivering and qualifying products to Tier-1 hyperscale/cloud customers.

About The Role
Claros Inc. is seeking to hire an exceptional Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) Controls Engineer to join our ASIC team in Torrance, CA. Candidate must be self-motivated individual to contribute to the evolution of Analog/Mixed-Signal (AMS) circuits, covering PMICs (Low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulators, Switching regulators, DC-DC Buck Converters), ADC/DAC, PLL, Gate Drivers, and PMIC chip integration). As a Senior level role you'll play a crucial role in system level strategies of Power management ICs from concepts into release to production, collaborating closely with other circuit designers, and leveraging sophisticated tools.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing the algorithms for power sequencing, voltage scaling and implementing control loops for stability for PMICs used in a range of applications.
- Collaborate with other engineers to define and implement design methodologies and best practices for PMIC design and related areas.
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams including control, systems, testing to implement new ideas and in writing the specifications, design, characterization, verification and documentation.
- Summarize and interpret results of highly complex performance checks and review it with team.
- Use problem solving skills, experience, and supervise the layout circuit designers. Guide them with floor planning and in resolving DRC/LVS errors.
- Behavior and transistor level circuit design, simulation and verification of power management blocks including LDO, Switch Mode Power Supplies (buck, boost), voltage reference and other analog circuits meeting power, performance and area specifications.
- Work closely with PCB layout engineers to ensure performance and quality of the designs.
- Work with team on best packaging approach for design and test.
- Datasheet drafting and reviews.
- Work with product managers to develop the next generation of products.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 3+ years of overall experience in analog/mixed signal IC Design.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and their impact on analog circuit design. Experience in designing circuits in High voltage (BCD) technology processes and FinFET technology (like 12nm and below) is preferred.
- Strong background in Power Management and circuit design principles, Buck or switching cap based topology, power converter control theory (voltage mode/current mode, PWM/PFM), Mixed Signal Design, Gate Drivers, PLL & Clock Chip Design.
- Must have released at least one full IC design from Concept to release to production.
- Good knowledge in device physics and device reliability analysis.
- Proficiency in using Cadence IC Design Tools.
- Familiarity with industry standard interface protocols such as SPI, I2C, PMBus/SMBus.
- Ability to document design techniques, test and verification methodology.
- Conduct design reviews, analyze and debug circuits, and perform system-level testing to validate performance and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Full chip integration and Top-Level Simulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

About The Role
We are looking for a Staff Test Engineer to own lab and bench activities for the IVR team, with a strong focus on Engineering Validation Test (EVT) and Design Validation Test (DVT).
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, verifying compliance to product requirements and specifications, validating real-world hardware performance, bringing up new evaluation platforms, automating measurements, and driving debug and root-cause analysis. You will work closely with design, systems, packaging, digital, and packaging teams to ensure IVR products meet performance, reliability, and readiness targets.

What You Will Do
- Own bench-based verification and validation of IVR hardware across prototype and pre-production phases
- Lead execution of EVT and DVT for integrated voltage regulator products, evaluation boards, and demonstrator platforms
- Develop and execute test plans that verify compliance to electrical, thermal, functional, and protection requirements
- Validate real-world product performance across operating conditions, corner cases, and intended use environments
- Perform hardware bring-up, debug, and characterization of evaluation boards and system platforms
- Define pass/fail criteria, test coverage, and readiness metrics for validation milestones
- Execute and analyze tests for:
- efficiency
- regulation accuracy
- load transient response
- startup and shutdown behavior
- fault response and protection features
- telemetry accuracy
- thermal performance
- control behavior and stability
- Debug issues related to power delivery, board functionality, signal integrity, telemetry, and control interactions

- Integrate oscilloscopes, electronic loads, power supplies, DMMs, DAQs, power analyzers, and thermal instrumentation into repeatable test environments
- Automate data logging, post-processing, visualization, and report generation
- Support development of test fixtures, interface boards, and bench infrastructure for scalable and repeatable verification and validation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve failures, improve coverage, and drive closure of validation issues
- Generate clear test reports and communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to engineering stakeholders

What You Bring

What You Will Do
The Senior Electrical Engineer will be working with a Lead Engineer and be responsible for:
- Design of high-power data center power system that contains a combination of AC/DC converters, DC/DC converters, and alternative energy resources (batteries, PV, etc.).
- Perform trade studies for all electrical components within the system, including breakers, power converters, batteries, and sensors.
- Manage discussions with suppliers for electrical equipment and make final part selections for the system.
- Integrate system based on customer requirements - including all aforementioned components as well as potentially IT server equipment.
- Produce electrical drawings for the overall system including one-line diagrams, wire harnesses, and electrical installations, based on customer specifications.
- Create test plans, perform system level evaluation, and root cause analysis for converter or system level failures.
- Design of supporting circuits such as isolation monitoring or controllers
- Evaluate prototype hardware, from individual circuit boards to power converters.
- Support software engineers to integrate algorithms and application code.
- Apply electrical engineering knowledge to improve the system level protection and enhance the system reliability.
- Engage with mechanical, system, test, and software team on product development.
What You Bring
- Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering with high voltage experience, specialized in power electronics preferred, 3 years + experience preferred.
- Understanding of power electronics knowledge, such AC/DC, DC/DC and DC/AC converters, motor control, etc.
- 1 year+ experience of design and evaluation of any high voltage power conversion system – such as solar inverter, motor drives, EV charger, data center system, and/or energy storage system products.
- Experience of PCBA design using Altium designer program preferred.
- Experience of developing high voltage converter product with UL compliance preferred.
- Demonstration of engineer leadership in a cross functional team environment preferred.
- Experience building and testing components in the lab. Comfortable with all typical lab equipment – oscilloscopes, voltage/current probes, electronic loads, hand tools, soldering irons
