We are seeking a Sr Client Director on a high performing sales team where you will help grow Redapt’s Enterprise sales business.  As part of an entrepreneurial team in the rapidly growing tech industry, the Enterprise Sales Executive will help shape the future of Enterprise operations through on-premises, hybrid, and cloud solutions and services. 

As a Sr. Client Director, you will be responsible for driving new business by leveraging your existing client relationships and pursuing net-new opportunities across targeted enterprise accounts. You will bring an established book of business, hunt for new logos, and expand Redapt’s presence across greenfield territories. By advocating the power of our end-to-end technology solutions and collaborating with our specialized practice teams, you will guide opportunities through the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to solution design and close.

Using your business acumen and passion for technology, you will help organizations accelerate their digital transformation across infrastructure, applications, data and cybersecurity solutions. This includes identifying and qualifying opportunities around cloud expansion, data center modernization, and emerging technologies. You will also complete training in core datacenter technologies — including server, storage, networking, and software — to ensure deep alignment with Redapt’s technical capabilities. 

What will you do? 

• Drive opportunities and expand datacenter infrastructure solutions, professional services practices, and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) technologies across the U.S., while selling across a full portfolio that includes datacenter, cloud, enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and AI solutions.
• Manage opportunities end-to-end, working concurrently across multiple deal cycles while collaborating closely with internal practice and delivery teams to meet client requirements. Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the entire opportunity lifecycle.
• Cultivate and advance opportunities by building a strong, self-generated pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue, and achieving strategic sales goals. Guide customers through the full portfolio of services offerings, aligning solutions to business outcomes.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly infrastructure and professional services sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on delivering a positive and high-quality experience for customers and prospects.
• Build and nurture executive-level relationships, delivering measurable results and long-term value. Proactively identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities, leveraging expertise across datacenter, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and AI to drive growth and innovation.

How to Qualify: 

• 6+ years of sales experience and hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
• Preferable if your sales experience is in technology (Value Added Reseller, Integrator or Consulting).

Skills you Bring with you: 

• Technology solution selling track record related to successful software implementation and application development projects is a plus. 
• Ability, confidence, and experience communicating with C-level clients. 
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required. 
• Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. 
• Established track record of selling large-scale data, infrastructure and app development projects to enterprise customers. 

Travel: 

• Travel typically 25% or more with minimum of 5 overnights per month.

Data Scientist

We are looking for a versatile AI/ML Engineer who can lead, sell, design, and implement modern architecture for a diverse set of customers and industries. The ideal candidate would have deep experience in designing high-value advanced analytics solutions utilizing popular analytical frameworks running on Azure, GCP, and AWS. This position will be responsible for leading customer conversations, creating and presenting project architecture, and leading delivery.

Primary responsibilities include mentoring and leading other consultants, leading pre-sales workshops with finance and technology executives to uncover innovative ways to apply advanced analytics techniques to solve business problems in new ways. The role can be hands-on when necessary but should have Direct delivery experience to recommend technologies, solutions, and help troubleshoot.    

Responsibilities: 

• Drive growth through business development, resourcing, and quality delivery. 

• Monitor business impact and value generation of analytics projects. 

• Help create go-to-market strategies around advanced AI/ML Services and hardware. 

• This role will be directly involved in the business development process, delivering customer demos to show the value of how data can drive business goals. 

• Create proposals and SOWs. 

• Work closely with sales and other practice leaders to recommend strategies to grow our data science services. 

• Manage full sales cycles, end-to-end, for high potential clients. 

• Evaluate business impact and priority initiatives for our portfolio of managed analytics customers.

Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of experience with advanced data science techniques, frameworks, libraries, and technologies including but not limited to:

Data Engineer

Location: Woodinville, WA

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer who can design and implement modern architectures for a diverse set of customers and industries.  This is a mid-level position and requires a candidate with deep experience in designing and building data solutions using technologies implemented on AWS, Azure, and on-premises.  The Data Engineer will own all aspects of solution development.  The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory and data processing engines.  The position is also responsible for ensuring that the solution is tested and documented to ensure a successful hand-off to clients. 

Responsibilities: 

• Interfacing directly with clients to solve broad business goals with database solutions. 

• You will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, along with overseeing the development and execution of projects.  

• This role will be directly involved in the business development process; specifically delivering customer demos to show how data can drive business goals.  

• Be able to build pilot solutions and proof of concept with minimal direction. 

• Provide support to project manager through developing tasks, estimates, and dependencies to meet expectations.  

Skills you bring with you: 

• Expert knowledge of Azure, Data Factory, and Synapse Pipelines.

• Rest API’s (building/integration, file-based integrations, change data capture, message ques/event-driven integration.

• Ability to troubleshoot and performance tune complex TSQL queries.  

• Familiarity with source control, DevOps and CI/CD concepts in an AWS DevOps Azure DevOps or Github environment. 

• Ability to create and troubleshoot calculations in DAX and/or MDX. 

• Knowledge of open source and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, and Cosmos DB.
• Spark/Pystak, Delta Lake/Lakehouse concepts, Kafka or EventHub’s

• Proficient in distributed computing principles.  Familiar with key architectures including lambda and kappa architectures. 

• Adept at Transact SQL. Able to create along with understand complex DML queries, views, stored procedures, and functions.  

• Strong understanding of scripting/programming languages including one of the following. 

• R, Python, Scala, C# or PowerShell

• Hands-on experience deploying, configuring common Azure data services along with basic familiarity of Azure portal and ARM templates. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems (related field) or equivalent experience.  
  
  
• 5-8+ years of experience with master data management, data quality and data governance concepts. 

• Experience in designing and building reports on SQL Server Reporting Services or Power BI using visualization best practices.  

• Experience with other cloud providers and data services such as AWS and GCP. 

• Experience in ingesting and performing advance analytics on data from multiple sources, including batch analytics, interactive analytics, real-time/streaming analytics.  

• Experience designing dimensional models using Kimball methodology and proficiency with data modeling tools. 

• Experience in designing and building robust ETL pipelines in one or more of the following technologies and tools: SSIS, ADF, Azure Databricks and Snowflake.

Virtual Chief Technology Officer (VCTO) – Data and AI Focus

The vCTO engages in thought leadership, new solution development and continuously builds expertise to Redapt’s solutions.

As a vCTO focusing on Data and AI, your main duties include supporting sales, services, and implementation teams with leadership, deep architectural skills, and mentoring. You will ensure we deliver innovative, high-quality, scalable technology solutions while collaborating across functions. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience as a CTO, CIO, or VP of Technology with expertise in data architecture, analytics, data science, DataOps, and AI deployments.

We are looking for a Senior Data and AI Architect with deep knowledge of data architecture, AI, and the sales process. The candidate should excel in communicating with executive teams and possess extensive expertise in Partner programs and funding opportunities.

Role Description:

• Provide technical and pre-sales leadership to customers and stakeholders.
• Consult with customers on new and emerging technologies.
