We are seeking a Sr Client Director on a high performing sales team where you will help grow Redapt’s Enterprise sales business.  As part of an entrepreneurial team in the rapidly growing tech industry, the Enterprise Sales Executive will help shape the future of Enterprise operations through on-premises, hybrid, and cloud solutions and services. 

As a Sr. Client Director, you will be responsible for driving new business by leveraging your existing client relationships and pursuing net-new opportunities across targeted enterprise accounts. You will bring an established book of business, hunt for new logos, and expand Redapt’s presence across greenfield territories. By advocating the power of our end-to-end technology solutions and collaborating with our specialized practice teams, you will guide opportunities through the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to solution design and close.

Using your business acumen and passion for technology, you will help organizations accelerate their digital transformation across infrastructure, applications, data and cybersecurity solutions. This includes identifying and qualifying opportunities around cloud expansion, data center modernization, and emerging technologies. You will also complete training in core datacenter technologies — including server, storage, networking, and software — to ensure deep alignment with Redapt’s technical capabilities. 

What will you do? 

• Drive opportunities and expand datacenter infrastructure solutions, professional services practices, and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) technologies across the U.S., while selling across a full portfolio that includes datacenter, cloud, enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and AI solutions.
• Manage opportunities end-to-end, working concurrently across multiple deal cycles while collaborating closely with internal practice and delivery teams to meet client requirements. Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the entire opportunity lifecycle.
• Cultivate and advance opportunities by building a strong, self-generated pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue, and achieving strategic sales goals. Guide customers through the full portfolio of services offerings, aligning solutions to business outcomes.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly infrastructure and professional services sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on delivering a positive and high-quality experience for customers and prospects.
• Build and nurture executive-level relationships, delivering measurable results and long-term value. Proactively identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities, leveraging expertise across datacenter, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and AI to drive growth and innovation.

How to Qualify: 

• 6+ years of sales experience and hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
• Preferable if your sales experience is in technology (Value Added Reseller, Integrator or Consulting).

Skills you Bring with you: 

• Technology solution selling track record related to successful software implementation and application development projects is a plus. 
• Ability, confidence, and experience communicating with C-level clients. 
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required. 
• Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. 
• Established track record of selling large-scale data, infrastructure and app development projects to enterprise customers. 

Travel:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Anti-Abuse Security Engineer, Product Security

As an Anti-Abuse Security Engineer, you will design, build, and operate systems that protect platform, customers, and data from abuse, misuse, and fraud. You’ll work at the intersection of security engineering, data analytics, and machine learning, developing prevention controls, detections, and automation that mitigate abuse activity across ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the abuse risks faced by customers.
• Design and deploy the anti-abuse controls for features, including compromised account detections, data exfiltration detections, LLMs, the newest, highest risk, features such as data sharing, and future engineering challenges.
• Work directly with senior engineers and management to illustrate abuse risks, threats, exploits, and to guide business decisions.
• Research, plan, and build anti-abuse architectures for products and features
• Provide designs and reference implementations for new anti-abuse features
• Research new services, controls, or features that can help protect the product and our customers from abuse.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience with anti-abuse AppSec, threat modeling, and/or secure architecture.
• Understanding of common abuse patterns (e.g., ATO, scraping, spam, fraud, privilege misuse).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or a similar language for building detections and data pipelines.
• In-depth knowledge of anti-abuse solutions, cloud, application security, network security, and/or infrastructure security, LLMs.
• Applied knowledge of securing AWS, Azure, and other public cloud providers
• Experience performing source code reviews across various languages (e.g. Java, Go)
• Working knowledge of malware detection and best practices
• Ability to assess engineering designs and architecture diagrams for abuse risks
• Ability to assess abuse risks within an application or feature
• Experience communicating abuse risks and roadmaps to senior leadership
• Experience designing and implementing anti-abuse solutions
• Experience contributing to the security anti-abuse community such as presenting at conferences or meetups.

We are looking for a versatile AI/ML Engineer who can lead, sell, design, and implement modern architecture for a diverse set of customers and industries. The ideal candidate would have deep experience in designing high-value advanced analytics solutions utilizing popular analytical frameworks running on Azure, GCP, and AWS. This position will be responsible for leading customer conversations, creating and presenting project architecture, and leading delivery.

Primary responsibilities include mentoring and leading other consultants, leading pre-sales workshops with finance and technology executives to uncover innovative ways to apply advanced analytics techniques to solve business problems in new ways. The role can be hands-on when necessary but should have Direct delivery experience to recommend technologies, solutions, and help troubleshoot.

Data Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer who can design and implement modern architectures for a diverse set of customers and industries.  This is a mid-level position and requires a candidate with deep experience in designing and building data solutions using technologies implemented on AWS, Azure, and on-premises.  The Data Engineer will own all aspects of solution development.  The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory and data processing engines.  The position is also responsible for ensuring that the solution is tested and documented to ensure a successful hand-off to clients. 

Responsibilities: 

• Interfacing directly with clients to solve broad business goals with database solutions. 

• You will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, along with overseeing the development and execution of projects.  

• This role will be directly involved in the business development process; specifically delivering customer demos to show how data can drive business goals.  

• Be able to build pilot solutions and proof of concept with minimal direction. 

• Provide support to project manager through developing tasks, estimates, and dependencies to meet expectations.

• Knowledge of open source and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, and Cosmos DB.

• Proficient in distributed computing principles.  Familiar with key architectures including lambda and kappa architectures. 

• Adept at Transact SQL. Able to create along with understand complex DML queries, views, stored procedures, and functions.  

• Strong understanding of scripting/programming languages including one of the following. 

• R, Python, Scala, C# or PowerShell

• Hands-on experience deploying, configuring common Azure data services along with basic familiarity of Azure portal and ARM templates. 

Qualifications:
