What You’ll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with NEC, NFPA 70E, and industry standards.
• Perform wiring, conduit installation, motor controls, drives, power distribution, lighting, communication systems, and machine/skid builds.
• Read, interpret, and work from electrical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and job specifications.
• Use testing equipment (multimeters, voltmeters, ohmmeters) to inspect and troubleshoot systems.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, programmers, planners, and project managers to ensure successful project execution.
• Participate in safety programs, toolbox talks, audits, and related safety functions.
• Identify and report unsafe acts or conditions immediately.
• Mentor less-experienced electricians—especially at higher levels (L4–L5).

• Perform basic MIG and stick welds in flat and horizontal positions under supervision.

• Assist with setting up and operating welding machines, fixtures, and fabrication tools.

• Support layout, fit-up, and tack welding using basic shop drawings and weld symbols.

• Help prep and align pipe, tube, and structural materials; observe stainless steel processes.

• Participate in visual weld inspections and learn to identify common weld defects.

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment in accordance with OSHA, 5S, and company safety procedures.

• Collaborate with fabricators, machinists, engineers, and project teams on diverse work.

• Progress to more advanced welding (vertical, overhead, TIG, stainless, pressure, etc.) as you move up levels.

Who we are looking for

We are looking to add a CNC Programmer to our growing team. This position will include CNC programming, fixture design and development, creation of machining processes, and working with the manufacturing personnel to ensure programs run as intended.

What you get to do

• Determines and reviews customer part requirements
• Work with production engineering to develop models and documentation for machining fixtures, as required
• Work with production engineering to develop standard work and other procedures to develop a best in class machining operation.
• Work with machinists and production engineering to determine machining steps, process controls, and develop appropriate documentation
• Generate CNC programs for customer product and machine fixtures; programs suitable for 3, 4, and 5 axis milling (vertical & horizontal), turning, and mill-turn equipment
• Read and edit G-code when required
• Design custom tooling and fixturing for above equipment
• Identify/define cutting tooling required for jobs
• Manage project through programming/production to meet customer deadlines
• Utilize monitoring and measuring equipment for inspection of parts

What you bring to the Team

• Minimum of Five years of CNC experience in a controlled industry (aerospace, automotive, medical, etc.)
• Proficiency with CNC programming software (MasterCAM and Hypermill Preferred)
• Solid modeling experience using Solidworks is strongly preferred
• Ability to edit and read G-code
• CNC machining, measuring tools, handheld tools, and power tools experience required.
• Excellent drawing reading skills with a working knowledge of and experience using GD&T
• Proficiency in MS Office applications required.

What you will do

(Responsibilities increase as you progress from L1 to L5)

• Install machinery and equipment using layout plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

• Dismantle, move, assemble, and install machinery using hoists, dollies, lifts, rollers, and rigging equipment.

• Precisely align machinery (shafts, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, mechanical systems) using micrometers, squares, optical alignment tools, plumb bobs, rules, and other precision instruments.

• Bolt, weld, rivet, and fasten components to foundations or supporting structures.

• Operate lathes, mills, and other shop machining equipment as needed.

• Perform rigging and crane work safely and efficiently; advanced rigging is a plus.

• Assist in mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance activities.

• Maintain awareness of construction and industrial site hazards; follow OSHA and company safety standards.

• Display a high level of craftsmanship and strong work ethic in all tasks.

• Physically capable of climbing, lifting heavy objects, working from heights, and entering confined spaces.

• Ability to work in hot, cold, and outdoor environments in all weather conditions.

• Cut pipes using handheld and power tools like hammer and chisel, cutting torch, pipe cutter, and pipe cutting machine
• Assemble and install tubes, fittings, and non-metallic attachments - Join pipe using threads, soldering, brazing, or cemented connections
• Inspect pipe systems and machinery to detect machinery malfunctions - Operate material movement machinery to lift pipes, support equipment, and heavy machinery
• Work closely with engineers, designers, programmers, planners, project managers, and customers to provide the best outcome for projects
• Consistently follow workplace safety procedures including NFPA 70E and participates in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions
• Immediately identify correct, and/or report any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents in a timely manner
• Work as a member of a cohesive staff, helping coach and mentor less-experienced members
• Possess a strong work ethic and display a high level of craftsmanship - Perform other related duties as required and assigned

• A successful candidate will be an individual with strong technical experience, blueprint reading, plumbing codes and trade mathematics.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy are necessary to successfully complete the assignments.
• Our projects require communication skills for effective interaction with clients, the engineering team, and strategic partners. Interpersonal and collaborative team-building skills are required.
• Must be physically able to perform the work of a Pipefitter: climb and work from heights, work in confined spaces, and lift and/or move heavy objects.
