The Role

We are looking for a talented AI Creator to support our Marketing team in creating scroll-stopping visual content that drives engagement and conversion across the U.S. and Latin American markets.

This role is designed for a visual innovator who leverages AI as their creative superpower. You'll use cutting-edge AI design tools (Midjourney, NanoBanana, DALL-E, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Seedance 2.0, Higgsfield, Veo3) to create high-fidelity assets at unprecedented speed and scale. By creating a library of prompt stacks and building AI workflows, you'll push the boundaries of what's possible in marketing creative. This position is perfect for someone who sees AI not as a replacement for design expertise, but as a tool to amplify creative vision and explore visual territories previously out of reach.

• AI-Powered Visual Execution: Create stunning visual assets (video, static images) using AI-powered tools and workflows. 
• Design System Leadership: Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, from email headers to billboards. Maintain design systems that allow for both consistency and creative flexibility.
• Creative Research & Development: Stay ahead of design trends and AI capabilities, constantly testing what's possible and documenting learnings to elevate the entire team's creative output.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Creative Strategist to transform campaign concepts into visual reality, work with the Growth Marketing Manager to ensure designs meet campaign objectives and timelines, and iterate based on performance data and feedback from the growth analyst.
• Performance-Driven Design: Create conversion-focused creative that performs across diverse markets and channels.

Who we’re looking for

• Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) 
• Deep knowledge and passion about AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Stable Diffusion, or similar) 
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-fidelity aesthetic work across multiple formats, with examples of AI-assisted design work that showcase both technical skill and creative vision
• Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Self-directed creative experimenter who stays current with emerging AI tools and design trends, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of what's visually possible

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in design, art direction, or creative production with a portfolio showcasing performance-driven marketing creative
• Demonstrated expertise using AI design tools to create production-ready assets for marketing campaigns

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop analytics for our customer service organization
• Build visualization of metrics and KPIs

• Guiar a los clientes en los procesos de incorporación y transaccionales para asegurar una adopción fluida del producto..
• Gestionar y hacer seguimiento a los casos, escalando problemas técnicos al equipo de Operaciones con documentación clara.

Quién buscamos

BSA/AML Compliance Program Lead

Bogotá

This is an in-person position based out of our Bogotá office in the Chico area.

The Role:

The BSA/AML Compliance Program Lead is responsible for leading and strengthening the organization’s Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering compliance program. This role drives end-to-end program governance—policies and procedures, risk assessments, monitoring oversight, issue management, and exam/audit readiness—ensuring controls are effective, documented, and aligned to regulatory and sponsor-bank expectations. The Program Lead reports directly to our Head of BSA and partners closely with Operations, Product, and Risk teams to ensure compliance requirements are implemented in day-to-day processes and sustained through ongoing testing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Governance & Regulatory Alignment

• Lead maintenance of core BSA/AML program components (program documentation, risk assessment methodology, control framework, and governance cadence).
• Ensure alignment with applicable requirements and guidance (BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, FinCEN expectations, and OFAC obligations).
• Support sponsor-bank and regulator interactions by preparing program narratives, evidence packages, and responses.

Control Oversight (KYC/CIP, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring)

• Oversee operational execution and quality of key controls, including:
• KYC/CIP onboarding and periodic refresh (as applicable)
• Watchlist/sanctions screening and escalation handling
• Transaction monitoring workflows, alert disposition standards, and case quality
• Set standards for investigations, documentation, and decisioning to ensure consistency and defensibility.

Risk Assessment & Program Enhancements

• Lead periodic BSA/AML risk assessments and targeted risk reviews (products, customer segments, geographies/corridors, delivery channels, and third parties).
• Translate risk findings into control enhancements, procedures, training needs, and measurable program improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement changes in a controlled, auditable way.

Issue Management & Quality Assurance

• Manage compliance issues from identification through remediation and closure (root cause, corrective action plans, target dates, validation).
• Establish and maintain QA reviews for key processes (case quality, SAR decisioning consistency, escalation handling, sanctions disposition).
• Track outcomes using metrics and reporting (volumes, backlogs, true/false positives, SAR/UAR conversion, SLA adherence, repeat issues).

SAR/UAR Oversight & Reporting

• Lead SAR/UAR governance (thresholds, decisioning standards, approvals, narrative quality expectations, and timeliness).
• Ensure supporting documentation and rationale are complete and audit-ready.

Audit, Testing, and Exam Readiness

• Coordinate BSA/AML audits, internal testing activities, and sponsor-bank validation requests.
• Maintain a “proof of control” approach—ensuring procedures, evidence, and reporting can demonstrate effectiveness.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

• Serve as a key liaison between Compliance, Operations, Product, and external partners (e.g., sponsor banks, auditors).
• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to analysts or operational partners, ensuring execution is consistent with program standards.
• Contribute to training content and enablement across teams as processes evolve.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in BSA/AML compliance, financial crimes, or bank/fintech compliance (program management preferred).
• Full fluency in both Spanish and English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Strong working knowledge of BSA/AML and OFAC fundamentals (CIP, CDD/EDD, monitoring, investigations, SAR governance).
• Experience supporting audits, sponsor bank oversight, and regulatory exams.
• Excellent writing and documentation skills (policies, procedures, program narratives, audit responses).
• Strong judgment, organization, and ability to manage multiple work-streams and stakeholders.
• Educational Requirements: University degree OR equivalent relevant work experience.

Preferred

• CAMS (or intent to obtain) or comparable certification.
• Experience in fintech, remittances, high-risk corridors, or multi-product financial services environments.
• Comfort working with dashboards/metrics and partnering with technical teams (no engineering background required).

What Success Looks Like

• Controls are consistently executed, well-documented, and defensible under audit/exam scrutiny.
• Program metrics, QA results, and issue management demonstrate continuous improvement.
• Stakeholders (sponsor bank, auditors, leadership) have clear, organized evidence of control effectiveness.

As a Product Designer at MAJORITY you’ll join our Product team on their mission to build and deliver the premiere banking and multi-service solutions for migrants and internationals living in the United States. You’ll work alongside Product Managers, Developers, and fellow Product Designers, taking ownership of the design process from discovery to delivery; finding simple and beautiful solutions to complex challenges.
