About the Team

Miro’s Advisory Services team sits within the Professional Services organization and is focused on strategic guidance for Enterprise plan customers with a focus on human-centered change, experience design, deep product expertise, and workflow transformation. The Advisory Services team brings the product and transformation expertise required to accelerate business value realization on Miro. You will understand our customer’s needs and proactively identify ways in which they can interact with Miro to achieve their goals!

About the Role

• Support teams in adopting Miro by demonstrating best practices and real-world applications.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to align Miro’s value with their goals.
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to improve collaboration.
• Help design and implement change initiatives that drive successful adoption.
• Assist in creating governance models that support teamwork and innovation.
• Facilitate workshops to explore use cases and improve team collaboration.
• Develop simple prototypes to showcase Miro’s capabilities and inspire innovation.
• Recommend ways to streamline tool usage and enhance collaboration strategies.
• Provide guidance on Agile ways of working and help teams integrate Agile principles.
• Share best practices and coach teams on improving their workflows with Miro.

What you’ll do

• Lead workshops that help teams improve collaboration and discover high-impact use cases with Miro.
• Assess team workflows and provide targeted recommendations to enhance productivity and alignment.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to connect Miro’s value with organizational goals.
• Guide teams through change initiatives that support tool adoption and scalable governance models.
• Develop simple prototypes to demonstrate possibilities and inspire innovation.
• Coach teams on Agile ways of working and help integrate Agile principles into daily practices.
• Identify barriers to effective teamwork and design solutions that drive measurable improvement.

What you’ll need

• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, change management, Agile, or similar fields.
• Hands-on experience working with enterprise teams or fast-moving environments.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to run engaging, outcome-driven workshops.
• Proven ability to help organizations adopt new tools or improve collaboration practices.
• Familiarity with Human-Centered Design, governance frameworks, or collaboration tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and platforms such as Miro or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments.

About the Role

What you’ll do

• Break into net new logos within our largest customer segment
• Build account action plans to help define appropriate expansion strategies
• Combine the interests of multiple client stakeholders to drive account revenue growth
• Reach out to new trials/users within customers to expand use cases and drive more revenue
• Work with cross functional teammates in Customer Success, Product, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and more
• You will master the art of discovery, and inspire new use cases where Miro can solve our customer’s challenges
• Be a key component in ensuring we have accurate data in our CRM to drive the strategy for our future growth
• Use a variety of methods (Email, phone, social media) to engage prospects, users and decision makers
• Achieve monthly/quarterly quotas of pipeline and closed business

What you’ll need

• 6+ years of closing experience with a tech/SaaS company in LATAM+Mexico
• 1+ years of closing enterprise level deals. Bonus points for experience with 7-figure deals
• Full Professional Proficient in Spanish and Working Proficiency in English
• Strong prospecting, territory planning, and team-selling experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You have the ability to grow rapport and relationships with potential clients
• You have a great attitude that can maneuver through ambiguity and ability to work and collaborative with a growing team
