TripArc connects travel advisors to a broad network of supplier content, including tours, activities, and experiences sourced through Destination Management Companies (DMCs). DMCs are specialist operators that curate and deliver local experiences in a given destination — think guided tours, transfers, excursions, and curated itineraries. TripArc aggregates content from multiple DMC suppliers through a centralized integration layer, normalizing supplier data into a consistent format that advisors can search, quote, and book through the platform. The Technical Product Owner in this role will own the product backlog for this aggregation work, managing how new DMC supplier APIs are evaluated, onboarded, and mapped into TripArc's internal data model.
The Technical Product Owner is solely responsible for maintaining the Product Backlog at a pod level, using input from the Senior Product Manager, the development team, the Solutions & Support team, procurement, and supplier partners to prioritize and communicate backlog items ahead of all Scrum ceremonies. They ensure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and understood at all times. Even where responsibilities such as technical ticket writing are delegated to a developer lead or architect, the Product Owner remains accountable for the outcome.
Working within the Trifecta (Product, UX, Development) model, the Technical Product Owner anticipates the needs of stakeholders across the organization, including those not directly involved in day-to-day delivery, and ensures that all requests for backlog changes are evaluated and approved through them.

We’re looking for a senior developer who thrives on autonomy and wants to make a real impact. You’ll join our Technology team at TripArc, where you’ll tackle the challenge of modernizing a mature travel platform - decomposing legacy .NET systems into Azure-native microservices while keeping the business running smoothly.
This isn’t a role where you’ll wait for detailed specifications. You’ll own problems end-to-end: digging into complex business logic in existing codebases, designing solutions that bridge legacy and modern architectures, and shipping code that serves thousands of travel professionals daily. Some days you’ll be untangling decade-old stored procedures and intricate SQL schemas; others you’ll be architecting event-driven services on Azure. We need someone who finds that variety energizing.
You’ll work within our Agile framework - two-week sprints, daily stand-ups - but we expect you to drive your own work: collaborating directly with QA, Product, and stakeholders; pushing back when needed; and helping teammates grow. Documentation matters here; we use JIRA and Confluence extensively, and your tickets and design docs should be clear enough that anyone can pick up where you left off.

Why This Role
You'll have real influence over how we modernize our platform. This isn't a "maintain the status quo" position - we're actively rearchitecting systems, and you'll help shape those decisions.

Who Thrives Here
Our Culture
We converted to Agile a few years ago and are now a fully enabled Agile department that prioritizes work based on the value it brings to our clients. During each two-week sprint, our developers plan, write, test, integrate, and bug fix while collaborating with skilled Business Analysts, UX designers, and product resources dedicated to the team.
We hire problem solvers, not just technicians. We look for self-motivated individuals with diverse backgrounds who can use the best tool for the job, contribute new ideas, and help bring them to life. If you want a role with real autonomy, interesting technical challenges, and the chance to shape how a platform evolves, we’d like to hear from you.

This is a hybrid position, currently requiring two days per week onsite at our office located at 2 Queen St. E in Toronto. Candidates outside of the commutable area or province will be considered for work-from-home.
The Role
TripArc is building an AI-powered vacations booking platform that will put 10,000+ pre-packaged, instantly bookable itineraries in the hands of North American travel advisors.
The work spans both greenfield and existing platforms in equal measure. You'll be building new Angular MFEs, AI agent pipelines, and integrating with MongoDB-backed catalog infrastructure for the Vacations Platform, while extending and integrating with the mature ADX booking platform and the new Product Builder that sits alongside it. We need people who can hold both contexts without losing altitude.
Whichever track you're in, you own your work end-to-end: design through deployment, in close collaboration with Product, QA, and your pod.
How We Build
We expect every developer on this team to use AI coding tools — GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, whatever fits your flow — as a standard part of how you develop. Not as an experiment, and not as a replacement for engineering judgment. We move faster because of these tools, and we ship with confidence because of the quality gates, code review culture, and testing discipline that sit alongside them. If you've figured out how to get real leverage from AI-assisted development without cutting corners on quality, you'll fit right in here.
What You'll Work On
Itinerary Catalog & AI Pipelines: Building the Chorus AI agent system — 8 agents across Generation and QA pipelines — that auto-generates, validates, and enriches itinerary content at scale. Backed by MongoDB, that feed everything downstream.
Advisor-Facing MFEs: Search & Browse, and Itinerary Detail experiences advisors use to find, evaluate, and customize pre-built trips. Includes the NL Search API connecting MongoDB to ADX or direct to Product Builder using MCPs — an open architectural decision spanning LLM query layers, Atlas vector search, and existing API patterns.
Trip & Bundle Workflows: Bundle Manager MFE and Make Bundle Payable microservice within TSP — turning an itinerary into a structured, transactable trip with embedded pricing and commission logic.
Existing ADX Platform: You'll work within and extend the existing ADX platform: a mature .NET system that's the daily workhorse for the advisor network. Extending it, integrating with it, and improving it as you build the new layer on top.
What We're Looking For
Backend — Senior Developer: You build the services, pipelines, and data layers the platform depends on. Comfortable designing event-driven integrations with Azure Service Bus and NServiceBus. Confident in both SQL Server and MongoDB Atlas. You think carefully about API design and what it means for a service to be called thousands of times a day.
Core skills:
Nice: AI pipeline or agent framework experience (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar) is a strong plus
The Tech
Azure Cloud · .NET Core microservices · Angular MFEs · React · Next.js · MongoDB Atlas · SQL Server · NServiceBus · Redis · GraphQL · Azure Service Bus · RabbitMQ · Docker / Kubernetes · Azure Pipelines · Cloudinary · Contentful · Figma · JIRA · Confluence
Why This Role
The ADX Vacations Platform targets significant revenue in the form of gross bookings and this pod is building the core of it. The decisions made now — how the NL Search API works, how the AI agent pipeline scales, how itineraries move from catalog to quote — will define the platform for years. You won't be inheriting someone else's design. You'll be making it.
Compensation
We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected base compensation range for this position is: $115,000 to $125,000.

THE ROLE
TripArc's ADX platform is the daily booking tool for thousands of North American travel advisors. While a dedicated team builds the next generation of the platform, this pod makes sure what exists today keeps getting better — faster, more reliable, and more responsive to the people using it.
This is a full-stack development team with a backend lean. The work is varied by design: one sprint you're untangling a payment flow, creating friction at checkout, the next you're building out 24/7 service upgrade capabilities, the next you're improving how features behave under load. No two months look the same — and that's the point.
You won't be waiting for detailed specs or step-by-step directions. You'll investigate problems, propose solutions, scope your own work in collaboration with Product and QA, and ship. The platform runs at real volume — your code goes into production, and advisors notice when it's better.

WHO YOU ARE
You're a self-starter who finds satisfaction in clean, well-scoped delivery. You don't need a blank canvas to do great work — you find the interesting problem inside the practical request and solve it properly. You communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, keep your documentation honest, and take pride in shipping things that hold up.
You're collaborative without being dependent. When you're stuck you ask; when a teammate is stuck you help. You treat code reviews as a craft conversation, not a gatekeeping exercise.
THE TECH
.NET Core · Angular · Figma · Azure Service Bus · Azure Pipelines · Docker · Redis · GraphQL · Entity Framework · MongoDB · RabbitMQ · JIRA · Confluence
WHY TRIPARC
The Features pod is what keeps TripArc's advisor network moving while the platform evolves. It's high-ownership, high-visibility work on a system that matters to real people every day. If you'd rather ship ten meaningful improvements a quarter than spend six months on a spec that hasn't launched yet, this team is for you.

THE ROLE
TripArc builds and operates the technology platform that powers travel agencies and advisor networks across North America. The platform is complex, the pace is real, and quality assurance sits at the heart of everything that ships. This is not a maintenance role — it’s a leadership position at the center of an organization that is actively transforming, with the scope and visibility to match.
The QA Manager leads this function: owning day-to-day QA operations across multiple product pods, managing a distributed team, and keeping release quality high while the platform underneath is actively evolving. This is a hands-on leadership role — you will be in the work, not above it, collaborating directly with Development, DevOps, Product, and Delivery.
The ideal candidate brings deep QA leadership experience, strong technical instincts, and the professional maturity to operate effectively across a complex, multi-pod organization — including the ability to coach a team on AI-assisted quality workflows and what effective testing looks like when AI is generating the product being tested.
WHAT WE DO
TripArc’s development teams use AI coding tools — Claude, GitHub Copilot, and similar — as a standard part of their workflow. Familiarity with Claude is expected. We expect our QA Manager to actively champion AI-assisted quality practices: understanding how these tools change velocity and risk profiles, designing quality gates accordingly, and coaching the team on sustainable AI-native testing approaches. Candidates who have built or evolved QA practices for AI-assisted engineering teams will stand out.

WHY TRIPARC
TripArc’s platform is in a period of genuine transformation — new pods, new products, and AI-generated content being introduced at scale. The QA Manager who joins now will help define what quality means in that context, not inherit a playbook that already exists. For a QA leader who wants real influence over standards, tooling, and team culture — and who is energised by complexity rather than deterred by it — this is a consequential role at the right moment.
We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected compensation range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000.
The actual compensation may vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
