The role

We're looking for a Senior PM to own Radiant's analyst-facing product — the case management, triage, and workflow surface that security teams use every day. You'll be responsible for understanding what those users actually struggle with, translating that into the right product investments, and driving them to delivery.

This is a strategy and execution role. You'll spend meaningful time with customers, develop a sharp point of view on where the product needs to go, and partner with design and engineering to get there quickly.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap for Radiant's analyst-facing product — from case management and alert triage to investigation workflows and response actions.
• Conduct interviews, join calls, review usage data, and develop a genuine understanding of how security teams work.
• Translate customer pain into well-defined problems and prioritized— then drive those bets through design and engineering to deliver outcomes.
• Write tight PRDs, including clear problem framing, defined scope, explicit acceptance criteria.
• Work directly with customers and prospects across the sales and success cycle such as demos, onboarding, business reviews.
• Partner with go-to-market on positioning, release communication, and documentation.

Things we're looking for

• 5 years of product management experience owning B2B SaaS application products
• Strong customer intuition. You're comfortable going from a handful of conversations to a clear diagnosis of the problem.
• Strategic clarity. You can look at a messy problem space and articulate a crisp point of view on what to build and why, without needing consensus to form an opinion.
• Good UX judgment. You can engage meaningfully in design decisions and push back when a solution doesn't serve the user — but you partner with designers rather than direct them.
• Urgency. You treat shipping as the default, not the exception. You're comfortable making a call with 70% of the information and adjusting from there.
• Excellent written communication. Your PRDs are clear enough that engineers can build from them without a walkthrough.
• Collaborative but opinionated. You build trust by being easy to work with and earn credibility by being right often enough.

Nice to have

• Background in cybersecurity, SOC operations, or adjacent enterprise SaaS (ITSM, observability, incident response). 
• Experience with AI-native product workflows — you've thought carefully about how to present machine-generated outputs in an easy to consume interface. 
• Prior startup experience where you wore more than one hat and worked with minimal process.

The Role

Cybersecurity generates more signal than any human team can process. The AI Engineer's job is to change that.

In this role, you'll build the agentic systems that turn overwhelming alert volume into clear, confident decisions — pipelines where AI agents collaborate, reason, and escalate the way the best analysts do, but at machine speed and scale. This isn't prompt experimentation in a notebook. You'll own the full lifecycle of production pipelines: the retrieval systems that surface the right context, the routing logic that sends data where it needs to go, the DAG that encodes the decision structure of a real security problem, and the agents themselves that reason over it all.

Every layer is yours. Every improvement is measurable. And the problems you're solving — faster triage, fewer missed threats, less analyst burnout — are ones that matter.

What you’ll do:

DAG Design & Pipeline Orchestration

• Design and implement the DAG-based pipeline architecture. Decompose complex cybersecurity workflows into well-scoped pipeline stages and define data contracts between them.

Context Retrieval & Data Routing

• Build the retrieval and enrichment systems that feed agents the context they need: structured lookups, vector search, tool calls, API integrations, or database queries. Design routing logic that directs incoming data to the appropriate pipeline entry point or agent branch. Ensure that every agent in the pipeline receives exactly the context it needs.

Agent Development & Prompt Engineering

• Design and build individual agents with well-scoped, production-ready prompts tailored to specific cybersecurity tasks (e.g., alert classification, entity extraction, severity scoring, false positive filtering). Apply systematic prompt optimization techniques, iterating based on measurable outcomes rather than intuition.

LLM Lifecycle Management

• Evaluate new or alternative LLMs using structured methodologies and project-specific metrics when a model substitution is warranted (e.g., upgraded model version, cost optimization, latency requirements).

Production Operations & Evaluation

• Monitor pipeline performance end-to-end in production — latency, accuracy, cost, failure modes, and per-stage quality — and drive continuous improvement across all layers. Build and curate labeled datasets from production telemetry for evaluation, regression testing, and fine-tuning purposes.

Things we’re looking for

Required Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python; 5 years of experience building and deploying production services end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience designing and implementing DAG-based workflows or pipeline orchestration systems.
• Familiarity with data retrieval patterns: vector search, structured queries, API integrations, and context assembly for LLM consumption.
• Ability to work with unstructured or semi-structured data in a security or operational context.
• Clear written communication — pipeline design decisions, agent behavior, and experimental results should be well-documented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in cybersecurity, SOC operations, or threat intelligence.
• Experience with evaluation frameworks (e.g., RAGAS, LangSmith, custom harnesses).
• Familiarity with fine-tuning, RLHF, or model distillation workflows.
• Exposure to agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom implementations).
• Solid understanding of statistical testing and experimental design (A/B testing, significance testing, confidence intervals).

The Role

We're looking for a creative, multi-disciplinary designer who's excited to work at the intersection of brand, marketing, and technology. You'll help bring Radiant's brand to life across digital campaigns, events, and our web presence, with room to grow into ownership of these areas over time.

You'll join a team that cares deeply about how Radiant is experienced and perceived in a competitive space. Reporting to the Head of Design, you'll collaborate with our marketing, sales, product teams, and occasionally leadership on everything from campaigns to site design to conference materials.

What you'll do

Brand & Marketing Design

• Design assets for digital marketing: blogs, social, email campaigns, ads, whitepapers, case studies, decks, and infographics
• Work within and help evolve our brand guidelines, design systems, and Figma libraries
• Build repeatable templates and visual frameworks that strengthen brand recognition across channels
• Support our web presence with brand-consistent, conversion-focused design

Print & Event Materials

• Help develop swag, merch, event booth graphics, and signage

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Head of Design for feedback, direction, and prioritization
• Partner with marketing, sales, product, and leadership on design deliverables
• Bring a fresh creative perspective, contributing ideas for concepts, processes, and collateral
• Flag process inefficiencies and suggest improvements as you find your footing

Things we're looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in brand, marketing, and digital design
• Proficient in Figma
• Proficient in Adobe CC
• Comfortable working within design systems and brand guidelines
• A portfolio that shows range: digital campaigns, social, and at least some print or event work
• Genuine interest in technology and how design shapes perception in competitive markets
• Detail-oriented, with a good eye for consistency and visual quality
• Able to take direction well and communicate clearly across teams

The Role

The frontier of applied AI isn't in research labs — it's in production systems solving hard problems under real constraints. As a Staff AI Engineer, you'll be at that frontier, shaping how an entire AI engineering team builds, evaluates, and scales agentic technology in one of the most technically demanding domains there is: cybersecurity.

This role is for engineers who think in systems. You'll own the architecture that underpins every pipeline the team ships — defining how agents are designed, how data flows through complex DAGs, how models are evaluated and swapped, and how the whole system holds together under production load. But you'll also be the person other engineers turn to when a problem is novel, a design decision is hard, or a new capability needs to be pioneered.

The best technology decisions in this space haven't been made yet. You'll make them.

What you’ll do:

Architecture & System Design

• Own the end-to-end architecture of agentic pipelines: how agents are structured, how data flows between them, how pipelines are composed and versioned, and how the system scales under operational demand. Define the structural patterns for DAG-based agent orchestration. Drive decisions on LLM selection, tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, and memory/state management at the system level.

Technical Leadership & Cross-Team Influence

• Lead multi-engineer projects from technical scoping through delivery, coordinating across engineering, product, and security domain experts. Set best practices for prompt versioning, agent evaluation, dataset curation, and production monitoring. Identify and resolve systemic quality or reliability issues across the pipeline portfolio before they become production incidents.

Engineering Mentorship & Enablement

• Mentor AI Engineers on prompt optimization strategies, experimental rigor, and pipeline design patterns. Conduct design reviews and provide actionable, constructive technical feedback. Identify skill gaps across the team and contribute to hiring, onboarding, and growth planning. Foster a culture of empirical decision-making — every significant change is hypothesis-driven, measured, and documented.

Strategic Technology Guidance

• Stay ahead of the LLM and agentic AI landscape; assess emerging models, frameworks, and techniques for applicability to the team's roadmap. Partner with cybersecurity leadership to translate domain needs into technical requirements and influence the product roadmap.

Things we’re looking for

Required Qualifications

• Strong programming skills; 8+ years of experience building and deploying production services end-to-end.
• Extensive experience designing and shipping production AI/ML systems at scale.
• Deep expertise in LLM-based agent architectures, including multi-agent orchestration and complex pipeline design.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects involving multiple engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong command of evaluation methodologies: statistical testing, benchmarking, regression detection, and metric design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication — able to present complex technical decisions to both engineering and non-engineering audiences.
• Track record of raising the engineering bar on a team through mentorship, standards, and tooling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain experience in cybersecurity, threat detection, or security operations.
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines and MLOps/LLMOps infrastructure.
• Background in founding or significantly growing an AI engineering function.
• Published work, open-source contributions, or conference presentations in the AI/ML space.

The Role

As a Staff Software Engineer working on AI Triage, Investigation and Response, you will lead efforts to develop AI driven automations for Radiant customers.

What you’ll do

• Integrate the LLMs against hundreds of external data sources (terabytes per customer).
• Scale out the data platform at all levels (ingest, search, storage, aggregation and reporting).
• Leverage retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to improve the consistency of AI outcomes and avoid duplicate inference.
• Improve our Agentic AI services as well as the platform they run on:
  • Empower our Cybersecurity experts and researchers by improving the platform.
  • Automate on-boarding of new data sources, so they can been effortlessly integrated into the Agentic AI pipeline.
• Prototype and evaluate new AI features including Incident Investigation and Automated Response

Things we’re looking for

• An incredibly strong engineer with +8 years of experience building complex backend applications.
• Strong experience of distributed systems and techniques for building fault-tolerant, high-availability platforms.
• Experience with ML algorithms, Real-time Analytics or LLMs (AI experience not required)
