The Role

We are looking for a technically-adept and customer-obsessed Technical Customer Success Manager to join our team in San Francisco. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who doesn't just manage accounts, but acts as a strategic technical advisor.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex cybersecurity technology and business value, ensuring our enterprise customers successfully adopt, integrate, and scale our B2B SaaS platform. You will be the primary technical point of contact, helping customers navigate the technical nuances of our AI-powered security solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead technical implementation for new customers to ensure rapid time-to-value and seamless security stack integration.
• Serve as a technical expert, guiding customers through platform configurations and optimizing their security posture.
• Monitor usage data to identify health risks and execute success plans that drive retention and account growth.
• Act as a bridge to Product/Engineering by translating external customer feedback into actionable roadmap influence.
• Conduct technical deep-dives and business reviews, translating platform wins into clear ROI for customer stakeholders.
• Create documentation and deliver product demos to empower technical champions within the customer’s organization.
• Serve as the lead for technical escalations, partnering with Engineering to ensure swift resolution of critical issues.
• Stay current with cybersecurity trends and emerging technologies to provide informed, strategic guidance.

Things we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Junior CSM, Sales Engineer, or Technical Support) within B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience working directly with external enterprise customers; you are comfortable being the "face" of the company.
• A strong interest in or foundational knowledge of SIEM, SOC automation, or cloud security.
• Ability to quickly learn APIs, integrations, and cloud infrastructure to troubleshoot alongside customers.
• Ability to explain technical "how-tos" clearly to both users and managers.
• A self-motivated "startup" mindset. Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Education: BSc/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical 4-year degree.
• Domain knowledge of AI/ML is a plus.

The role

We're looking for a Senior PM to own Radiant's analyst-facing product — the case management, triage, and workflow surface that security teams use every day. You'll be responsible for understanding what those users actually struggle with, translating that into the right product investments, and driving them to delivery.

This is a strategy and execution role. You'll spend meaningful time with customers, develop a sharp point of view on where the product needs to go, and partner with design and engineering to get there quickly.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap for Radiant's analyst-facing product — from case management and alert triage to investigation workflows and response actions.
• Conduct interviews, join calls, review usage data, and develop a genuine understanding of how security teams work.
• Translate customer pain into well-defined problems and prioritized— then drive those bets through design and engineering to deliver outcomes.
• Write tight PRDs, including clear problem framing, defined scope, explicit acceptance criteria.
• Work directly with customers and prospects across the sales and success cycle such as demos, onboarding, business reviews.
• Partner with go-to-market on positioning, release communication, and documentation.

Things we're looking for

• 5 years of product management experience owning B2B SaaS application products
• Strong customer intuition. You're comfortable going from a handful of conversations to a clear diagnosis of the problem.
• Strategic clarity. You can look at a messy problem space and articulate a crisp point of view on what to build and why, without needing consensus to form an opinion.
• Good UX judgment. You can engage meaningfully in design decisions and push back when a solution doesn't serve the user — but you partner with designers rather than direct them.
• Urgency. You treat shipping as the default, not the exception. You're comfortable making a call with 70% of the information and adjusting from there.
• Excellent written communication. Your PRDs are clear enough that engineers can build from them without a walkthrough.
• Collaborative but opinionated. You build trust by being easy to work with and earn credibility by being right often enough.

Nice to have

• Background in cybersecurity, SOC operations, or adjacent enterprise SaaS (ITSM, observability, incident response). 
• Experience with AI-native product workflows — you've thought carefully about how to present machine-generated outputs in an easy to consume interface. 
• Prior startup experience where you wore more than one hat and worked with minimal process.

The Role

We're looking for a creative, multi-disciplinary designer who's excited to work at the intersection of brand, marketing, and technology. You'll help bring Radiant's brand to life across digital campaigns, events, and our web presence, with room to grow into ownership of these areas over time.

You'll join a team that cares deeply about how Radiant is experienced and perceived in a competitive space. Reporting to the Head of Design, you'll collaborate with our marketing, sales, product teams, and occasionally leadership on everything from campaigns to site design to conference materials.

What you'll do

Brand & Marketing Design

• Design assets for digital marketing: blogs, social, email campaigns, ads, whitepapers, case studies, decks, and infographics
• Work within and help evolve our brand guidelines, design systems, and Figma libraries
• Build repeatable templates and visual frameworks that strengthen brand recognition across channels
• Support our web presence with brand-consistent, conversion-focused design

Print & Event Materials

• Help develop swag, merch, event booth graphics, and signage

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Head of Design for feedback, direction, and prioritization
• Partner with marketing, sales, product, and leadership on design deliverables
• Bring a fresh creative perspective, contributing ideas for concepts, processes, and collateral
• Flag process inefficiencies and suggest improvements as you find your footing

Things we're looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in brand, marketing, and digital design
• Proficient in Figma
• Proficient in Adobe CC
• Comfortable working within design systems and brand guidelines
• A portfolio that shows range: digital campaigns, social, and at least some print or event work
• Genuine interest in technology and how design shapes perception in competitive markets
• Detail-oriented, with a good eye for consistency and visual quality
• Able to take direction well and communicate clearly across teams
