Responsibilities

Partner closely with Merchandising and Product Development (PD) teams to lead denim catalog expansion, launching new washes, fits, styles, and fabric innovations through the New Product Creation (NPC) process.

Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with sourcing partners, focusing on strategic alignment, denim category performance, operational excellence, continuous improvement opportunities, and future growth plans.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience at the Director level or above in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management within the apparel industry, preferably supporting major US-based retailers or DTC brands, with strong exposure to denim categories.

• Established global factory network across key apparel categories (with strong emphasis on denim, woven, knit, and sweater knit fabrications), spanning APAC, ISC, and EMEA regions.

THE ROLE:

Senior Manager, Sourcing - Soft Home (CN/SEA)

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager specializing in Bedding to lead our sourcing efforts across China and Southeast Asia (SEA). In this role, you'll play a key part in building and managing supplier relationships to ensure our bedding products (such as premium down and premium down alt comforters, pillows, mattress pads and covers, etc.) meet Quince's high standards for quality, sustainability, and cost-efficiency. The Role- PD Manager, Footwear

Responsibility:

●    Development Timeline Ownership & Acceleration
Own and actively manage the day-to-day product development timeline across new products, color and size extensions, vendor transitions, and refreshes.
Ensure programs progress within the 16-week cycle target by tracking milestones, escalating risks early, and driving timely decision-making across teams.

●    Cross-Functional Workflow & Orchestration
Serve as the central point of coordination across Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Technical Development, Materials, QA, Creative, and Vendors.

●    In-Country Development Trip Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supply Chain, Sourcing Strategy & Partner Management

• Develop and implement the end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy for the Kidswear and Babywear categories, including a multi-sourcing approach to ensure resilience.
• Onboard new manufacturing partners to the Quince direct-to-consumer (D2C) model and provide coaching on operating within a rapid replenishment, M2C (Manufacturer-to-Consumer) environment.
• Educate partners on the Quince Operating System (OS), covering:
• Operational Excellence: Fostering rapid lead times and a consumer-oriented approach.
• Financial Model: Achieving high Return on Invested Capital (ROIC).
• Technical Integration: Proficient use of the Vendor Portal.

Operational Excellence & Growth

• Drive continuous improvement to achieve key performance indicators:
• Quality: Defect rate less than 0.5%.
• Speed & Accuracy: Replenishment Lead Time under 14 days.
• Availability: In-stock rate exceeding 99%.
• Financial Impact: Margin-accretive performance.
• Lead Catalog Expansion in collaboration with Merchandising and Product Development (PD) teams, successfully launching new styles and colors approved through the New Product Creation (NPC) process.
• Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with the management of each partner, focusing on strategic alignment, business performance highlights, identified areas for improvement, and future objectives.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 15+ years of Strategic Sourcing or Procurement, or Supplier Management experience operating with major US-based retailers.
• Deep set of partner factory connections within kids&baby apparel category across the APAC region 
• Product obsessed with experience in leveraging factories/vendor expertise to design, cost engineer, and bring products to market. With a thorough Knowledge of Key Material localised in the region
• GM mindset with a supply chain background and manufacturing (lean/ JIT) experience
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and analytical with focus on execution, problem- solving, improving processes and brand enhancement.

THE ROLE

Sourcing Manager - Men's Knit Tops (SEA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scout for vendor partners in China/Hong Kong or SEA who can manufacture high quality Men's Knit products with fast production lead time
• Pitching and on-boarding vendor partners in speed. This should be done with clear criteria around the initial test period and ensuring their ability to scale, if the test period is successful.
• Drive excellence in partner operations for existing supplier relationships within current Quince categories, while expanding the supply base and improving Quince's product costs, quality, and commercial terms for sustainable sales and profitability
• Material Sourcing: Resource in speed any materials that can effectively improve product cost, quality and speed as options for scaling order. Have experience negotiating with suppliers throughout the supply chain from T1 to T2 & T3 (as needed)  mill/ vendor partners.
• Open costing expertise: Have solid open costing breakdown experience from brand or manufacturer side to build a clear strategy for costing negotiations; able to construct a validated cost structure/ template to negotiate with vendor partners without relying on vendor data only.
• Act as an Ambassador to our partners in all interactions, building and deepening our relationships Continuous improvement
• Drive for higher hit-rate launches (reviews, returns, sales) through product excellence and drive for faster development times by identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions
• Have a clear strategic, commercial understanding of the sourcing landscape and trade benefits that can improve product costs and speed of product to market destined for the USA, Canada, and Europe as an asset. 
• Lead at 30,000 ft and 3000 ft involving a diverse set of stakeholders from different functions and nationalities.  Be willing to be scrappy at times to improve on existing ways of working and redefining new processes and SOP for faster speed and continuous improvement.

• Experience: 10 year + sourcing and merchandising experience in Men’s apparel categories with high-end national brands in the United States & Europe specifically in Men's Knit Tops.
